Does your PFS character age?

I don't mean do you get age modifiers, but personally do you age your characters a year for every time a season changes.

Or do your characters stay young forever.

(Not a rule specific question but I'm asking if people purposefully age their characters to represent the passing of in game time?)

I add a year for each 12 chronicles.

I add a year randomly here and there when I feel like a character's been through a lot. It would feel pretty crazy to still have a character remain 16 years old when they've traveled from Tian Xia to Absalom on their own dime, then been sent all over Varisia, Taldor, Osirion, Qadira, Nirmathas, Kyonin, taken several tours in the Worldwound, and fought a Runelord and lived to tell the tale.
