archer trick shot combat maneuvers

Rules Questions

So, trip, disarm and sunder are all included on this list, and they can replace melee attacks whenever. I'm wondering if grapple and such that can't replace melee attacks can just be fired off from the bow with rapid shot and stuff, or if it takes the standard action?

I'd like to improved snap shot and trick shot a grapple, but I'm unsure about the rules.

Trick Shot (Ex): At 3rd level, an archer can choose one of the following combat maneuvers or actions: disarm, feint, or sunder. He can perform this action with a bow against any target within 30 feet, with a –4 penalty to his CMB. Every four levels beyond 3rd, he may choose an additional trick shot to learn. These maneuvers use up arrows as normal.

At 11th level, he may also choose from the following combat maneuvers: bull rush, grapple, trip.

Grapple is available at 11th level as a trick shot. You use the same actions as you use in melee.

Yes, I was aware the level it becomes available, but my question concerns the actions specifically.

Things like shield bash give you free bull rush, but obviously that wording isn't used here, but you don't bull rush, grapple etc through a weapon normally like sunder, trip and disarm.
