how to change order details?

I noticed that the mat I pre ordered is set to ship to my old address, which I need to fix, and I need to fix the payment method on some of the orders as well, how do I do that?

I actually seemed to have solved this on my own, but now the mat's cost is like 40 dollars instead of the 20.79 it was before?

in my customer service order thing I received in my email it shows a random 19 dollar shipping fee that wasn't there before, and it doesn't show it in the first set of details for shipping and handling, just randomly throws it in at the end, and the address it was changed to is a better location for shipping, so its not like its traveling really far or something, so is this an error?
