I'm very disappointed and need to vent. I asked awhile ago about my pledge for the Pathfinder Kickstarter and was told at the time on the forums that the system wasn't ready.
Ok I understood and was more then willing to come back.
So some time goes by and I get an email that some of my pledge items have shipped. That's good. I come here to log in to see if I can now select the specific item I pledged for (RPG Print Pack Add-On) is good to go and I find I can't select anything at all now.
I sent an email asking about it. Turns out, I'm too late. Shipping some of the items meant the "deadline" had passed. I followed the instructions on the email and finalized it.
I replied to the email and sent it also to Goblinworks. Ryan replied saying there were no additional copies of Emerald Spire because printing was based on what people selected. I understand that.
I don't want credit towards Pathfinder Online. I don't believe in microtransaction on unfinished games. I pledged what I pledge for and only for the RPG Print Pack Add-On to use in the pen & paper game. While credit might not be the final solution, it probably will be and I don't want it.
I very frustrated right now. I recognize it's my own fault for not paying closer attention and won't add additional drama to this post by talking about my last year as to why my attention wasn't on it. It feels like I've lost out and my enthusiasm to see this completed has just been tainted.

So is it just the KS exclusives that you missed out on or the whole package? I mean, they still have the retail copies of the ES without the special cover and the flip mats....were they in the offer?
I would also be pretty disappointed if it was only game credit being offered, as I don't tend to play Computer games at all.

Based on the email I received it was just the special cover of Emerald Spire that was preventing anything from being done. I just gotta wait and see what happens and hope none of the other items go out of stock/print.

Did you see this blog post:
We are still working on the issue of folks who wanted to add the Print Pack Add-On but were unable to do so because of the sellout of the Leatherette Emerald Spire books. This is a top-of-priority item for us and we expect to be offering options to the affected Backers by next week. If you are one of the people affected and you have not yet contacted us, please do so immediately by emailing customer.support@goblinworks.com about the Print Pack Add-On.

I am one of the affected ones also, and the only response I've received up to today (July 7th) is the canned response that they'll be resolving these issues next week.
My math may be shaky, but this has been an outstanding issue for over a month now, and I haven't heard any other response about this. At this point I don't care if I don't get the special version, but I sunk an additional $100 into this product for a print pack, and while everyone else is getting their exclusive or regular copies, I'm stuck in limbo waiting to hear the status of my money.
I hope that someone sees this and moves it along - Goblinworks only answers my emails with the same form letter every time.
Disappointing to be sure. :(

I received the following update today. Not quite a solution yet, but at least Ryan is communicating now.
Dear Backer,
We continue to review with Paizo their progress in clearing the customer service queue from the Kickstarter fulfillment. Yesterday we were updated on their progress and they are still working through a significant backlog and that is blocking their ability to begin processing the Print Pack Add-On fulfillment requests that are still pending.
We know this is a frustrating delay. We are doing everything we can to help expedite this process. As soon as we have more information to convey to you we will send additional updates.
We very much appreciate your patience during this inconvenient delay.
Sincerely,
Ryan S. Dancey
CEO Goblinworks
