Anyone ever seen any rules for such?

Yay! A singular fan. When the Slaadipocalypse comes, we'll be sure to egg you last.
But alas, as long as slaadi are WotC's product identity, there won't be any official sorcerous bloodline under Pathfinder. And I haven't seen any homebrew versions either. :(
Edit: I have an old unfinished and unpolished "protean" PrC that might do if rebuilt into a slaad bloodline and/or sorcerer archetype. Hmmm...
