My payment authorization expires today and my order status is still "pending".

I ordered the Hardcover rulebook via the Humble Bundle deal. This was last Tuesday. I submitted an email to customer support yesterday and haven't heard back.

What is going on? Is my book being delivered? What will happen if it is still pending and the payment authorization runs out?

Really would like some feedback. Very unhappy with customer service so far. Please do better.

IT looks like your book was shipped out on August 12, but I just wanted to clarify that if a payment authorization expires, a new one will be opened once your item ships.
