PFS Scenario Tracker

Not sure where to put this exactly, but I created a Google Spreadsheet PFS Scenario Tracker for my local PFS group to help keep track of who has played what in order to know what games to run and thought other people might be interested in it. It also has added functionality to create spinoff gaming groups (see template sheet) by using the data entered on the main sheet. It's kind of a work in-progress so if anyone has any issues, questions or suggestions just let me know. Also please please read the Instructions if you're going to use it! :P

We did something similar for our area. Not many people keep their games played up to date though. I hope your mileage is better!

We've got one on pfrpg.com.au, register and click on Pathfinder Society.

You can use it to work out an ideal scenario to GM as well; select who the GM is (who has marked off what he's GM'd before) and who the players are (hold CTRL and click them, they've marked off what they've played, so those scenarios are ruled out), and it'll give you a list of scenarios they can play under whatever conditions you've selected for the GM's preferences.

Or you can just see what someone's played, if that's all you want.

Ah yeah, that's html and hosted somewhere I take it. Pretty cool! I like all the functionality it has for uploading of character sheets and what not. I thought about creating a web-page also but wanted something that people could copy and use, and would also be readily accessible and familiar (i.e. Google Spreadsheets).

The sheet is pretty flexible, you can select your GM to see what they haven't played, then select your players to see what they haven't played and match everything up. It also lets you sort (only on PFS Scenarios page) as well as filter. So if you want to only see Scenarios that John hasn't GM'd and that Mary, Bob, Brian and Ben haven't played you can easily do that. You can also then pick what Tiers as well.

I'm working next on putting something in for dates so you could say put Monday-Friday in and people could provide their availability.

Oh if anyone knows of anything similar to this let me know, I looked around a little bit and found some PFS Tracking Sheets but they didn't have the functionality that I wanted.

I've updated the sheet to include the ability to pick a specific GM and only have that GM's games count. This is very useful when you're going to run a game and have all the Players listed with the GM but need to see ONLY what the GM has GM'd.

I also updated the sheet so when you copy/clone it you just need to select a Menu option and it'll create the triggers for you (you had to manually do it before).

As usual read the instructions and if you have any questions or issues just let me know.

So after I did the GM change I realized if you're flagging someone as GM that you probably don't want to count them towards games played. So if you flag someone as GM it'll a) only calculate that person in the Total GM'd column, and b) it'll remove them from the Total Played calculation. My local PFS group uses this a lot to help organize spontaneous games as well as keep track of who has played what. Obviously it's only as good as the data in it though. As usual let me know if you have any questions, be they how to use it or even suggestions on improvements. Heck even if you're using it let me know since if no one is I can stop posting the updates on here! lol Oh I also added some modules that were missing.

I noticed an issue where if you deleted a duplicated "Custom Game Template" sheet that it returned an error since it was attempting to do the GM Flag on a sheet that no longer existed. I suppressed the error so you shouldn't see it anymore. It didn't really do anything, more an annoyance. If you happen to be using the sheet and don't want to re-enter/copy peoples entries let me know and I can show you were I made the fix and you can do it yourself.
