Guardian special weapon ability
When not directly in combat, can the enhancement bonus be applied to the wielder's saves? Same question for a Defending Weapon.
If someone was just walking around town with the weapon sheathed I would say no. If they were creeping through a dungeon with the weapon drawn and presented, I'd be inclined to say yes... but I know that certain combat feats like Combat Expertise will only work if the character actually attacks, so I wasn't sure.
