so i encounted a setup for a chase for someone running and someone flying after them. my question is when flying can you run or increase your speed to someone running cause the run feat says only affect base movement speed? is fly speed counted as a base movement?
If you have a fly speed by some other means than the spell, I don't see anything stopping you running using your listed fly speed. You can explicitly use the run action while swimming if you have a listed swim speed.
