So I am going to run Among the Living but it is OGL not PFRPG. Oops! So I am trying to update the Bugbear Zombie to PF. Can someone check me here to see if I have my stats right? I have put in bold the changes.
Bugbear CR 2
XP 600
CE Medium humanoid (goblinoid)
Init +0; Senses darkvision 60 ft., scent; Perception +8
Defense
AC 18, touch 10, flat-footed 18 (+2 armor, +5 natural, +1 shield)
hp 27 (4d8+4)(the +4 is from toughness)
Fort +3, Ref +5, Will +3
DR 5/slashing
Offense
Speed 30 ft.
Melee morningstar +7 (1d8+4)
Slam +7 (1d6+4)
Ranged javelin +3 (1d6+3)
Statistics
Str 18, Dex 11, Con 0, Int 10, Wis 10, Cha 10
Base Atk +3; CMB +7; CMD 17
Feats Intimidating Prowess, Toughness
The biggest concern in hp, I think. Among the Living is showing them at 42hp. So am I missing anything?

1) Do NO changes to the monster, other than adding the CMB/CMD numbers. IF, and only if, the monster has the same CR in 3.5/OGL and PFRPG, you can use the PF version instead.
2) There are a few undead types that have better Cha than 10, like Bloody Skeletons, but, in general, basic undead are fragile.

Thanks Kinevon the problem is that it gives no stats for the Zombie Bugbear outside of the hp, the rest is just attributed to a page number in the MM. So I have to derive the stats.
I know they are fragile but I thought it interesting that the zombie specific template says zombies use cha for hp bonus oh and btw a zombie has a charisma of 10. Just seemed odd.

Steel Forged Games,
A couple of years ago, I was playing in a PFS game at a store called Game Theory in Raleigh NC. The GM while running the many fortunes of Grand Master Torch,
The player upset left in a huff, even though I and two of the other players at the table offered to foot the bill for a raise dead ( back then raise dead didn't cause Level loss in PFS).
This resulted in a bit of a mess with the player in question calling the GM in question a cheater on these boards. He was complaining about how the GM went about converting the big insect. that was what he meant by "cheating".
The GM in question, a fair person, understandably upset. Joshua Frost weighted in and told the player wit the dead to get over it.
Anyways, over time we were discouraged to convert any monster from D&D 3.5 to Pathfinder, and to simply add the CMB?CMD as Kinevon suggested.
Good luck with your games

@Myles Thanks so much for the story and chime in. I agree if I could do that I would totally prefer to avoid the work of converting. The problem is where do I derive the stats from for the monster. The to hit and what not. I do not have a MM from 3.5 from which a zombie bugbear would be located.
Maybe I should just use a generic bugbear stats instead of worrying with a zombie. That is going to make this a whole lot easier.

You can find it for free in the D20 SRD HERE for instance. It's the second one down on the left. You'd need to print that out and take it with you, or pick up a copy of the 3.5 Monster Manual.
