My order #807715 was made on October 14. It was 2 Magic the Gathering Lorwyn tournament packs, which it says ship within 5-11 business days. It is now november and my order history still shows the order as pending. Is there a problem with the order?
I am looking into this at the moment, and I will come back and post an answer as soon as I've found one for you.

It appears that we had some difficulty bringing these in from our distributor. However, we have located the card packs and we will be shipping them out to you soon. You should expect your shipping confirmation email for this order either later this week or early next. I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience. Unfortunately, instances like this are why we put the word "usually" in the shipping estimate. As in, "Usually ships from our warehouse in 5 to 11 business days"
