An idea popped into my head when reading this thread. Just a little mini game I came up with.
Here are the rules:
Step 1: Pick an alignment (Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, or Chaotic Evil)
Step 2: Pick an evil outsider type corresponding with that alignment.
-Lawful Evil (Asura, Devil, Kyton, Rakshasa)
-Neutral Evil (Daemon, Div, Oni)
-Chaotic Evil (Demon, Qlippoth)
Step 3: Pick three things to be the fiend's portfolio. It could be anything from hospitals, lawyers and strangulation to cheese, rape and babies. Go nuts!!!
Step 4: Choose a name.
Step 5 (Optional): Fill in minor details, like appearance and such.
Let's see what we can come up with!

AdamWarnock |

Looks fun, lets see what I come up with.
1: Lawful Evil
2: Kyton
3: Fear, Nightmares, Madness
4: Talmirroz Dame of Horrors.
5: Born of pain caused by nightmares and madness, this Kyton Demagogue delights in torments of the mental kind. Depending on her purpose, she either appears as a beautiful woman, who coyly beacons her latest unfortunate victim closer until she begins ripping off bits of her own flesh to their horror, or a succubus bedecked in chains with metal shards, wooden splinters, and festering burns covering and embedded into her body. Her favored targets include scholars, priests, and politicians, whom she can spend decades slowly driving mad with nightmares and blasphemous thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere in the victims mind. Clerics of Pharasma, however, are her favorite. She'll save her best tricks and torments for them, and once they are on the brink of madness, steal them away to the Plane of Shadow to relish their pain and suffering upon realizing that they will not be judged by their goddess as she remakes them into Kytons for her army.
Don't know How I did in keeping with the fluff, but hopefully it's still interesting and cool.

1. Lawful Evil
2. devil
3. pornography, drugs, and gambling (and prostitution. Vice in general, I guess)
4. Vegalass the eternal
5. The entity known as Vegalass is concerned with one thing and one thing only: the purchase of souls. To this end, Vegalass always assumes a shape pleasing to the eye of whomever would seek to bargain with it. These otherwise pleasurable forms always seem just a little off to observant petitioners. (for instance, while maintaining the illusion of a comely nude elf, an observer who makes a dc 25 perception check notices what appears to be insects crawling just under the elf's skin.) Vegalass always keeps to its end of the bargain and often gives more than what the bargainer asks for. This generousity usually leads to the bargainer's demise. It is rumoured that Vegalass has cities on various planes dedicated to him. Canny explorers can usually spot these cities, as they are usually named as an anagram of Vegalass.

1: Lawful Evil
2: Rakshasa
3: Illusion, Strong Emotions, Persuasion
4: Navaganya
5: The Rakshasa Prince Navaganya is depicted as a twelve foot man of slender waist and limbs, but with broad shoulders, supporting nine heads. His central head is that of an emperor cobra, and is flanked by the heads of eight other venomous serpents anchored to his broad shoulders and upper back. He is a master of entrancing word-play, and can speak any language like a master, even holding multiple conversations at once, speaking from his many mouthes, and twisting the mind and beguiling even a devil with his sophistry. Even without enhancing his verbal skills with mind-affecting magics, his stock in trade, he can make mortals do his bidding with ease, and he adds to his mundane skill mastery of magics of both enchantment and illusion. Navaganya is associated by his followers with strong emotions, passion, righteous anger and desire, but also despair, terror and all-consuming hatred. He is seen as the source of such powerful passions, but also also teaching that such power is meant to be tapped and channeled, never restrained, but also tamed and focused and used as a source of strength. His followers include many rakshasa, including specialists in spells of enchantment and illusion, but also fearsome monk-assassins who call themselves the Breath of Navaganya and, unlike most Rakshasa Princes, is also known to have followers among the Dark Naga.

1: Neutral Evil
2: Daemon
3: Loss, Despair, Stars
4: Anhersaht, Who Quenches The Fires Above
5: Known to be attendend solely by Astradaemons and shunned by most other Daemon lords, Anhersaht in an immense pitch-black, eyeless, alien-looking serpent. Countless tentacles that seem made of darkness and cold void protrude from his body as quickly and constantly as they dissolve, like a blasphemous mockery of Sun's flaming and shifting crown.
He Who Quenches The Fires Above wanders the Astral Plane, plundering light and stars, and entire streams of souls at once, sometimes even swallowing his own Astradaemons in the process. And anyone who was protecting the souls as well.
Anhersaht is constantly suffering an unlimited amount of spiritual pain, and seeks to end it by ultimately consuming his own essence to oblivion, but not before having inflicted his same infinite sufferance and grief to the whole multiverse by swallowing every thing in existence, especially the souls of those creatures who live in light and bliss. It is in fact said that the souls he devours are not obliterated as when they fall prey of other Daemons, but rather partake in Anhersaht's own spiritual misery and become ultimately and unrecoverably broken. They will grieve in despair for eternity, being released from such torment only when Anhersaht will have consumed everything and shall take the final step of inflicting oblivion upon himself.

1. Lawful Evil
2. Rakshasa
3. Cannibalism, Genocide, Exquisite Taste.
4. Chikavanya the hungry
5. Depicted as a tiger headed Rakshasa prince, Chikavanya the hungry is also painfully gaunt, his ribs clearly showing beneath his finery and his claws almost as skeletal as the undead but this has not diminished his stregth at all. He has eschewed all mortal and divine food as being bland and common and now seeks only the finest and rarest meats and vitals for his palate. Sentient species especially are his favourite and his staff of specialist lieutenants/chefs scour the planes for untasted treats. He also counts refined vampires and vampire lords amongst his coterie and dinner guests. The rarer or more endangered the prey the tastier the meal. He thinks nothing of sending his armies to decimate an entire race of sentient creatures on a plane save 1 in order to eat the very last of that species, for which he will throw a lavish dinner party in order to serve this very special and limited feast.
The nature of these feasts plus his vampiric allies is enough to maintain his position of elevated status among the Rakshasa.

4: Aunty
5: The Demon Lord known only as Aunty lives in the Coagulating Forest. Her simple hut is made of gingerbread, which attracts flies and smells vaguely like old lady, it is of course larger on the inside. Aunty appears as a green skinned witch with a long warty nose and a massive bosom. She greets visitors with slimy kisses, and her tongue splits into thirty squirming worms. Those that enter Aunty's hut never leave, as Aunty's charming aura makes those who enter feel like they have found a safe-haven in the Abyss. This is of course patently false. Over the months, years and centuries visitors are in Aunty's home she constantly feeds them, fattening those in her house, placing them in their own rooms as the constant feeding robs visitors of their mobility. Their bodies getting fatter, and fatter. What exactly is in Aunty's stew none can really be sure, although rumour has it that those who get lost in the coagulated forest and are killed by the Blood Trees or Spider-Wolves are often dragged back to the hut to be dropped in Aunty's larder. Once a visitor is fattened up enough that's when Aunty breeds with her visitor in order to birth another half-fiend niece or nephew to send out as an agent into the multiverse. After which Aunty proceeds to feed the visitor chunks of their own distended and obese form. Don't worry, Aunty will never let these visitors die, Aunty loves them.

1: Neutral Evil
2: Oni
3: Disease, Ghosts, Predatory Animals
4: Ushiyoma
5: Ushiyoma was once a gluttonous mountain of flesh, grown too fat to walk under her own power, until she escaped her endless hunger by devouring her own body, until nothing was left but spirit and malice. She roams the planes, with a dozen shackled souls of her favorite mortal victims trailing behind her, bound by ethereal chains. She (and her thralls) possess corporeal beings, and use their bodies to spread her wickedness, infecting her hosts, and all they come into contact with, with virulent diseases, as their bodies react to her unclean possession. Her favorite vessels are feared predatory animals (preferably nocturnal animals), spreading fear and plague with her attacks, and able to possess entire packs, thanks to her bound cohort of tormented ghosts.

1: Neutral (WHAT?)
2: Demon, Gallu
3: Death, Destruction, War, Trickery
4: Bane the Merchant of Death.
5: Little is known of Bane other than the fact he is odd and has motives that are different then your normal Demon. If there was an Arms dealer of the Underworld... Bane would be it. He is strange in the fact he seems to want a balance between not only Demons and Devils, but also the forces of Good vs. Evil. He has been known to deal mainly in weapons to all sides (including the forces of good)and brokers intelligence concerning military secrets on to anyone willing to pay the price. He only gets personally involved if one side seems to gain a distinct advantage. Because of this he isn't trusted by any, but his services are almost always sought after. His only concern with the material plane is the advancement of War. Depending on his purpose, he either appears as a hansom balding man, who leads a caravan of weapons and magic items of destruction, or a Gallu holding a staff and a set of obsidian scales. His favored targets include warlords, bandits, and military leaders, whom he can spend decades slowly driving mad with suspicion of those he once called allies. Clerics of Bane are used as diplomats, secretly building strife between nations leading ultimately to war. Worshipers of Bane are drawn to Bane because of his boons to those who thrive during war.
I thought it would be cool to have a Archfiend with strange goals to keep balance so he could benefit of the strife. Think Nicolas Cage in Lord of War, but more evil.

Yeah I was thinking about NE... but I was thinking of someone that dealt with both Demons, Devils, AND Angles... not sure if an Angle would deal with a NE Demon. Also I was thinking True Neutral because he was trying to keep Good-Evil, and Law-Chaos somewhat balanced without one side gaining a distinct advantage.

Regardless of evil or neutral, he would be target of Angel swords even before any other evil archfiend. He's the first to fuel war and destruction (and that surely pushes more to evil than neutral). The Celestial ones wouldn't use his services, they would crush him.

1. Chaotic Evil
2. Qlippoth
3. Architecture, Madness, Numerology
4. Koorpiak / Aleph the Uncounted
5. This qlippoth 'lord' appears as multiple curved planes of force, in shades of black and dark purple, swirling around a central point to form a roughly spherical shell. Each plane flickers with pale blue numbers, geometric figures and mathematical formula, but to attempt to decipher them brings no insight, only madness. Appearing in the dreams of those who have viewed the mathematical scribings of those already touched by his maddening illumination, or who spend time within one of the twisted and alien-angled geometries of one of the buildings or warrens constructed by the architects and builders who have succumbed to his warped visions, he brings insanity to any who attempt to understand the nonrational numbers, unsolveable formula and non-Euclidean angles his form displays. The planes of force that make up his manifestation slide into and out of view, and are said to exist not only in multiple planes of existence, but also to somehow simultaneously co-exist in different locations in space, and even time itself. The scribbled formula and alien architecture that so often results from his 'inspiration' are merely conduits, to further spread his madness. Some afflicted deludedly believe that the mental degeneration that accompanies his mad insights are incidental, and that 'Aleph the Uncounted' is actually an angel, attempting to open the minds of the mortal races to the dangers of the outer dark, and instruct them as to how to build fortifications that will defend them against creatures such as Hounds of Tindalos, or the maddening insights of other eldritch horrors, but this, like the 'numerology cults' that spring up when a new theorum inspired by his mind-twisting presence is discovered, who 'discover' that, to 'save the world,' they must kill certain quantities of people with certain traits, or burn down certain buildings, or destroy great quantities of crops to form arcane sigils visible only from the sky, or vivisect farm animals that the numbers have 'proven' to be hosts for alien intelligences, it's all quite deliberate, and Koorpiak is no misunderstood angel of higher mathematics...
Indeed, the tortured geometries of the hidden chambers created by those touched by his 'blessing' are quite comfortable to Hounds of Tindalos, and serve as 'weak spots' which they can take advantage of to seize a foothold on Golarion, all part of Koorpiak's master plan to 'terrorform' the world to something more to the liking of his kind.

4. Mizer
Mizer is said to be a mortal who won his power in a game of chance with a fallen horseman, but later lost his name & identity trying to sneak into the temple of the oinodemon. He appears mostly as a stereotypical gambler always from some far away land. He might appear Ulfen in the dragon empires or Arcadian in Cheliax, but he's always winning. He quickly zeroes in on those with something unique to wager; he game starts simple enough with gold changing hands quickly then its your magic items finally its your attributes, memories, or even years off your life. The thing is that's when he's at his least dangerous. Its when he starts to lose and begins to offer you unique advantages that the trap is sprung. He can grant anything that he's won(which is almost anything) but its always with a catch. Win physical attributes and your appearance slowly changes into that of the person Mizer won it from. Win skills and he'll grant you the memories of the person he won it off of until you're no longer sure who you were when the game started. He's also always up for a trade offering those about to engage in revenge just the right tool for the job, but like all his boons there's always a horrific twist. His favorite targets are the friends and family of virtuous heroes twisting them slowly until they have nothing left but their faith in Mizer. He then usually has them attack their more famous family member leading to their death and a tarnishing of the heroes legend

Cool game Kazarath.
Here's a way to randomize alignments, subtypes, and porfolios while still following the rules of this thread:
1. Lawful evil, asura
2. Lawful evil, devil
3. Lawful evil, kyton
4. Lawful evil, rakshasa
5. Neutral evil, daemon
6. Neutral evil, div
7. Neutral evil, oni
8. Chaotic evil, demon
9. Chaotic evil, qlippoth
0. Chaotic evil, titan
Step 3: Use this random word generator to generate words until you have at least three that would make sense as a portfolio for your archfiend.
Steps 4 & 5: Give your archfiend a non-randomized name (Step 4) and background (Step 5, optional).

Astral Wanderer |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

Steps 1 & 2: Roll 1d10 to generate your archfiend's alignment (Step 1) and subtype (Step 2).
1. Lawful evil, asura
2. Lawful evil, devil
3. Lawful evil, kyton
4. Lawful evil, rakshasa
5. Neutral evil, daemon
6. Neutral evil, div
7. Neutral evil, oni
8. Chaotic evil, demon
9. Chaotic evil, qlippoth
0. Chaotic evil, titan
If you get the Oni, you should roll 1d3 (or 1d6) for LE, NE or CE; they can be of any evil alignment.
On a side note, can't there be Demodand lords too? Of course they consider Titans their lords, but are they limited by this in their growth to power?

Lynch
Demon (CE)
Riots, Group violence, Escalation
Chaos, Evil, Destruction
The origin of what is only known as Lynch is unknown, shrouded in myths and rage. While its power is that of the rulers of the Abyss, Lynch is -or maybe more fittingly, are - not a single being but a hivemind, of inconsistent size. It revels in mobs and riots, violence gone out of control. Particularly enjoyed are revolts that started good, but over time turned into terror rivalling, if not exceeding, what they set out to replace in the first place, and peaceful events abused and twisted into massacre.
Its domain, the Ruins of Strife, appears as a land utterly destroyed by a never ending civil war between endless factions and mobs forming from the slightest of provocations. And somewhere in it Lynch can be found, forever bloodthirsty and deepening the hate between everyone.
While gods of community and order, like Iomedae and Abadar, are strongly opposed to this fiendish riot, the greatest enemies of Lynch are probably Cayden Cailean, Milani, and other gods who represent the fight against repression, for countless rebels for the better have joined the mobs of Lynch.
This archfiend would either have the swarm subtype or represented by several, or even hordes of individually rather weak enemies (similar to NPC enemies). Or might even change between this according to its needs.

3: Suicide, Self-Consumption, Wrong Choices and Shame
4: Surianth, He Who Bleeds Light
5: Surianth is said to have been born from the spirit of a forgotten hero who made a number of wrong choices that brought with themselves the worst possible outcomes. Ashamed and desperate, such hero sought to destroy himself and every existing memory of his own mistakes, believing that such acts would erase the very mistakes themselves and their consequent effects.
He Who Bleeds Light is so named due to the feeling his attendants and worshippers have that deep in his heart is secluded the will for the brightest light and life, but it is eclipsed by the fact that the multiverse, as it is now, is just an hollow shell of darkness and despair where a single error can change all things for worse. Such condition must be obliterated, so that everything can start anew, purified and perfected, and no being will anymore have to bear suffering and shame.
To this end, Surianth and his followers preach self-consumption and patronize individual and mass suicides as well, up to the suicide of all creation itself, when the raw fabric of reality will be free of its current restraints and will be able to reshape itself in an utopian shape.

1. Chaotic Evil
2. Div
3. Assassination, the Hunt and Night
4. Ba-Nisiri, the Vulture-Lion, Smoke On the Wind
5. The Div assassin who calls herself ‘Ba-Nisiri’ (possibly ‘daughter of the vulture,’ depending on the translation) seems clearly to have been one of the Shir, before her ascension. She swore to Ahriman himself that she would taste the hearts of four noble genies, one of each type, and present them to him in exchange for his corrupt blessing. She made good on that pact in the last century, and has risen to become patron to an entire sect of assassins who are pledged to serve her both in life and death. Unlike most Shir, she usually coalesces into the form of a skeletally-thin black-furred leopard, with jagged bone protrusions extending from her joints, and able to jut forth from her palm in meter-long ‘blades’ of saw-edged bone, dripping the corrupt mixture of blood-destroying toxins that serve as her own blood. Able to become selectively invisible (either visible to her target, but not to others, or even making her flesh become invisible, while her skeleton remains visible, an effect which can instill panic in viewers), Ba-Nisiri enjoys stalking her terrified prey and allowing them to believe that they have escaped, before materializing before them to deliver the killing blow. A cloud of airborne toxin surrounds her, almost invisible to the sight, although she can cause it to thicken and both obscure vision and restrain the movement of others in her presence, the venom itself moving like a living thing, to strangle, blind and restrain her hapless victims. Able to become a similar cloud of venomous fog, she finds no door closed to her passage, allowing her to pursue her prey past nearly any defense.

Finally, here's my first stab at it (and yes I broke my own rule about only three things):
1. Lawful Evil
2. Kyton
3. Machinery, Ingenuity, Deviancy, Hypocrisy
4. Amicula Mechanicus
5. Despite being one of the more powerful of the kyton demagogues, the being known as Amicula Mechanicus rarely takes interest in planar politics. Instead she endlessly tinkers with the needlessly complicated, half alive machine-things that continue to wriggle, writhe, and flop out of her workshop, attempting to create the perfect fusion of organic and machine. Her hypocritical doctrine teaches that one must abandon the weakness of flesh to become truer to one's self, replacing bone, muscle and tissue with the elegance of steel, machinery, and artificial fibre. The hypocrisy lies in that, as a mortal wizard of great skill, she had insatiable and perverse cravings for pleasures of the flesh, particularly with her own gender. Even after her death and ascension to kyton-hood she has been unable to be rid of these deviant impulses, if anything they have grown more intense with her continued replacement of her organic components. She barters her knowledge and the use of her half-living monstrosities in exchange for living humanoid slaves. The men, old, and ugly are 'enhanced and enlightened' (i.e. recycled in great flesh-vats and used in her horrid experiments), while young, attractive females face fates best left unmentioned. She has a significant following among scholars, mechanics, engineers and mad inventors who all conceal some hidden vice that gnaws at their sanity, whether it be a taste for the flesh of intelligent beings or the endless desire to wash their hands in the blood of the living. She especially favours those who work their art upon living canvases. Amicula appears as a female humanoid of indeterminate race, cloaked in form-fitting robes of dark red. Shoulder-length violet hair spills from underneath her hood, while the lower half of her face is covered with a respirator mask, causing her voice, that of a young woman with a disarmingly-cute accent, to come out slightly grainy and distorted. She possesses shapely curves that would make Calistria jealous, but this is offset by the fact that what features shows from beneath her robes are made from dark, corroded machinery, and what little flesh she does show is cold and pale like a corpse.

I like this one. Going into the grafting of mechanical bits into flesh is a cool logical progression for a Kyton 'lord.'
Thanks Set. I consider that high praise coming from a 'homebrew-er' of such a calibre like yourself.
And if anyone caught on, 'Amicula Mechanicus' is latin for 'Mechanical Mistress', or at least according to google translate.

4. Venaetrik
5. Like her fellow daemon harbingers, Venaetrik embodies a very specific form of mortal death, that of being eaten by something else. Her form is obscured by tattered robes composed of many layers of rent human skin, with a terrible eel-like head full of jagged broken fangs lashing forth from the depths of her hood. Beneath her robes are yet more eel-like mouths, her entire body consisting of nothing but snapping inhuman mouths at the end of raw, wet, glistening esophagi, writhing around one another like spawning serpents. Her mad devotees engage in cannibalism and ritual sacrifice, competing to feed their sacrifices to the most exotic or unusual creatures they can find, or, at the least, to sacrifice their captives in interesting ways (such as chaining someone down in front of a swarm of army ants, or sealing them in a glass sarcophagus with flesh-stripping beetles). They go on grand hunts to kill game and livestock in an area, hoping to leave local predators with little choice but to slake their hunger on human prey, and do what they can to 'teach' wild beasts that humans are easy prey, beating captives and releasing them into the territories of hungry predators, to encourage them to continue seeking out meals among the local peoples, all to spiritually 'feed' their wicked patron.

4. Excoriatus, Boddhisatva of Pain

Four twisted kytons, the size of halflings, scurry over the huge body of the former celestial, poking into it's wounds and manipulating its organs with acid-barbed iron elephant goads, causing waves of agony to ripple outwards in all directions, so that any non-kyton in the immediate vicinity shares the suffering of the Impaled Lord. It is said that those who can meditate through the surges of pain pouring like waves off of the body of the pinioned angel, long since descended into incurable madness from the effects of his millenia of torment, receive prophetic insights and unnatural insights, similar to the effects of divination magic.

1. Lawful Evil
2. Asura
3. Death, Song and the Apocalypse
4. Elagossa, Mourner of Worlds
5. The Mourner of Worlds is a titanic female figure, eyes perpetually closed, swaying slightly and head tilted, as if listening to music that only she can hear, her perfect form graven in shining brass, with a silvery fire dancing across her metallic skin, spelling out everchanging musical notation. Her otherwise flawless features are marred by ugly barbed black adamantine wires as thick as cables, that have sewn her mouth shut. Where she once danced like an ethereal presence, she now moves with an economy of motion, although with a feeling of repressed energy, as if she is forever one moment away from bursting into energetic dance. Voiceless, her words and cruel songs are transmitted to those in her presence by her ‘choir eternal,’ a collection of thirteen severed humanoid heads, each a master of song in life. Once an attendant to the gods of creation, of near-divine status herself, her curiosity got the better of her, and she inadvertently overheard the gods discussing not merely the powerful words of creation, which was her role to learn, but instead the baleful and terrible words to the song of destruction that would ring down the apocalypse. Discovering that they had been overheard by this nascent demigoddess of song and creation, and unwilling (or perhaps unable?) to destroy one who bore the words of creation in her belly, the gods instead bound her to be unable to speak or sing, or in any manner communicate the terrible secrets she had overheard. The song that will herald the end of the world echoes in her head, filling her with terrible longing to sing those forbidden words, but she cannot, merely echoing the slightest suggestions of their portentous tunes through her ‘choir eternal,’ emulating the effects of deadly magics such as power word kill and wail of the banshee, and greatly enhanced versions of magics such as shout and shatter.
When the end times finally come, the gods will remove the stitches from her lips, and she will burst forth into the apocalyptic notes of the glorious and terrible song that has been building within her breast for long millennia, causing all creatures in her presence to die immediately, their flesh shredded by the pure sounds, leaving behind only banshees, to spread her dark message of oblivion. It is said that matter itself will resonate with her exultation, shuddering into dust, and echoing the vibrations that will spread to reduce the entire world into rubble.

And I never got around to making a Demodand or Thanatotic Titan!
Here's one of them;
1. Chaotic Evil
2. Thanatotic Titan
3. Faithlessness, Idolatry and Sacrilege
4. Akarthatos, Most Unclean
5. Description
Clad in blade-spiked adamantine plate armor that appears to be a hair’s breadth from corroding into dark-red rust and jade-green verdigris, the writhing shadow of the emaciated titan Akarthos is said to block even the sight of the gods, so that those who fall beneath it lose their connection to the divine, and are left faithless and bereft of hope for salvation before his unforgiving eyes. With a sigh, his skeletal jaw unhinges and he can draw in the breath of all that lives in his path, and breathe it forth once again, corrupted and corrosive to life, forcing the energies of life and light from the bodies of those arrayed before him and leaving behind undead mockeries of the living souls they once were. Those stripped of their faith may be reborn as his own deathless priests, if they are willing to make this choice immediately, but are otherwise reduced to lifeless abominations, powered only by hate for the servants of whatever gods failed to save them from Akarthos’ black breath.
His servants spread the Bleak Gospel, a litany of exaggerations and half-truths, enumerating the many failures of the gods (and arranging for tragedy and misfortune, disaster and woe, to demonstrate these ‘failures’), and encouraging the listener to scorn the gods and embrace nihilism and despair, to rage against the heavens and seek vengeance on the faithful, and even upon the gods themselves, who have turned a deaf ear to the prayers of the forsaken. When they cannot turn the faithful against the gods directly, they encourage the embrace of atheism, heretical cults that pit congregations against one another, and the erosion of faith in the churches and temples of the gods by arranging for truly outrageous scandals to be ‘discovered’ among the priesthood.

In this guise she integrates herself into as many alliances as she can and slowly corrupts them to her control by keeping their desires fulfilled and encouraging them to express their darker sides. Once firmly entrenched she begins hunting for good people who have made mistakes. She twists the mistakes made into such hideous misdeeds that all recoil at the horrid new truth about her target. They become mockeries and targets for anyone wishing avenge such vile wrongs. She begins poisoning her alliances against her target and encouraging them to poison any who will listen far and wide against her target until her target has no choice but to flee from society itself. Many go insane. Some few even come to believe the twisted version of themselves she spreads and become monsters preying on the weak.

Lawful Evil
Kyton
Portfolio: Punishment of naughty children, coal, jealousy, toil.
Die Krampus
With the torso of a man, the legs and head of a twisted goat with a forked, pointed tongue and matted green fur. Die Krampus wears long chains, and bells that toll with grim finality. Die Krampus is trapped in his frozen domain, the shadow plane version of Yuletide village presiding over an infinite coal mine manned by naughty children. Once a year Die Krampus is free to travel the world, his bells ringing on a frequency only naughty and jealous children can hear. These children thinking they may see the legendary Winter Father leave the safety of their homes only to be ensnared by Die Krampus' chains and stuffed in a sack to be taken to Die Krampus' cruel coal mines.

Set wrote:4. Elagossa, Mourner of WorldsThat was extremely cool and had some really neat flavor.
Thanks! The notion of Asura as representations of divine 'mistakes' appealed to me, and I went sideways with a variation on the Hindu Shiva, who is said to one day end the world by starting a dance that will cause the world to burst into unquenchable fire wherever his feet touch the ground. Twist it sideways, and make it a nascent creation demigoddess who overhead the 'Words of Destruction' and change the means of destruction to song, instead of dance (and sonic energy instead of fire) and it pretty much wrote itself!
This thread is pretty awesome, I think I'll see about making one of these when I get the chance.
Looking forward to it! The more ideas the better! Astral Wanderer had a cool idea with this thread.
We should also encourage Mikaze or someone to make a counterpart 'Create your own Empyreal Lord / Axiomite Godmind / Formian Overqueen / Inevitable Worldforge / Protean Choirmaster' thread. No reason Team Evil should have all the fun. :)

And a demodand, to complete the set;
.
1. Chaotic Evil
2. Demodand
3. Volcanos, Flame, Toxic Gases
4. Ardrastu, the Molten Heart
5. Said to be almost as tall as a mountain, and at least as wide, the demodand potentate known as the Molten Heart has dark gray skin covered with streaks of red-hot molten basalt that ooze like rivers of magma from his mouth, ears and eyes. A patron of natural disasters, Ardrastu makes the earth shake with every ponderous shuffling step, and the earth shudders open behind him to disgorge molten lava and invisible clouds of super-heated noxious gas that burns and suffocates all life in his wake. He walks constantly over the centuries, slowly but surely, to stay ahead of the disasters that follow him, for he himself would sink into the riven earth and be lost if he every stopped moving, leaving a line of devastation behind him in the Abyssal planes, and sometimes crisscrossing his own path for inscrutable reasons, as if creating a massive blasphemous glyph on an inconceivable scale.

Thread necromancy, 'cause everybody knows I loves me some necromancy!

1. Neutral Evil
2. Daemon
3. Alchemy, Baneful Transformations, Spellblights
4. Ikoqwy, the Riven Cauldron, the Shattered Staff, the Burning Tome
5. This twisted fiend appears more hag than daemon, a skeletally thin three meter tall mishappen crone, with a second head sprouting from her shoulder, a milky overlarge 'evil eye' next to a smaller squinting black one, and a pair of withered 'vestigial' arms protruding from her left side. She is the patron of magic gone terribly wrong, and oversees the domain of those who die by 'magical misadventure,' such as miscast spells or magics gone primal and out of control. Conventional magics such as transmutation and necromancy and conjuration, all dabbling in forces only barely understood, let alone controlled, as well as poorly aimed evocations that harm friend and foe alike, are her favorites, but she has a special place in her black, shriveled heart for more esoteric arts, such as those of the alchemist, summoner and witch, all of whom similarly work daily with forces (be they mutagens, eidolons or patrons) which they do not entirely control (or ken), subjecting themselves to the whim of powers such as herself. While most daemons seem unconnected to the specific ethnicities of Golarion, Ikoqwy dresses in garments of bone and hide that suggest a Arcadian heritage, and she is often propitiated by shamen and medicine men in the southwestern reaches of that land, where a vast desert is said to be one of the largest Spellblighted regions on Golarion.

1. Lawful Evil
2. Kyton
3. Empowerment through Suffering, Dungeons, Traps
4. World-in-Chains
5. Some say that World-in-Chains is no mere Kyton Demagogue, but something far greater, or perhaps merely a construct that serves the true Demagogues. In any event, World-in-Chains is so far beyond the size of the largest dragon, or even the mighty Tarrasque, as to defy classification, hanging like a horrible moon in the sky over whatever realm it threatens. Hundreds of lesser Kytons, flying on wings of cruel-edged metal implanted into their flesh, dwell within and upon its surface, an evershifting maze of jagged twisting tortured towers of cold black iron and gleaming steel, spiked and snarled with whipping chains large enough to anchor the mightiest ships, or to ensnare and bring even creatures as strong as dragons down from soot-blackened skies. Within the core of World-in-Chains, a network of chambers to rival some cities contains a seemingly endless array of torture implements and deadly traps, occasionally shifting ponderously to seal off areas, crushing all within, and opening up new, equally grim, chambers. A unknown number of outsiders of diverse races, including fiends, genies and celestials, lay impaled upon barbed spikes in some of the innermost chambers, their eternal suffering providing the power that allows World-in-Chains to transport its enormous bulk from world to world, shifting among the various planes of existence, ever seeking new types of creature to bind within itself, so that it may find novel pleasures in their unique sufferings. The Kytons that dwell within and upon World-in-Chains have learned to recognize subtle warning signs before a chamber begins to collapse upon itself, so that they are rarely caught by sliding walls and shifting floors. Still, some grow distracted by their tortures, or lower their guard, and are caught unawares, to be smashed into a thin gruel of shattered bones and rent flesh, endlessly regenerating and unable to die, and waiting the years, or perhaps decades, before World-in-Chains opens up a new chamber in this area, freeing them from a torment that also serves to empower their merciless patron.

1. Lawful Evil
2. Devil
3. Riches and Elegance, Denial of Responsibility for One’s Own Actions, Mockery
4. Won’t You Guess It?
5. He exists because people say he does. He does nothing wrong but gets the blame. He finds this gleefully funny and is the first to say so. When someone says that the Devil made them do it, it is a prayer to Him. His deals are simple: He’ll take the blame for anything you do in exchange for your soul. For too many people, the ability to transfer the responsibility for their actions is worth that much. When you meet Him He is quite the gentleman; always pleased to meet new acquaintances, sympathetic to the problems of others, and ready to offer a deal. However, be on your best behavior if you meet him, or He’ll lay your soul to waste. His symbol is a flipping coin showing both the heads and tails side at the same time.

1.Chaotic Evil
2.Demon
3.Vampires, Blood, Murder
4.Cane (Usually called The Undying Lord Cane)
5.One of the sons of the first prototype humans, he killed his brother over jealousy, and was turned into a bloodthirsty monster. Along with noble vampire powers and 20th level blood mage levels he has other powers.
In his true form, he has huge bat wings that give him 100 flying speed with excellent maneuverability. His fangs are twice as long as normal doing double damage.
Every one or thing he drinks, rises as a noble vampire(has wings, a blood pool usable for most class powers and feats, Their ashes can be regenerated by adding blood, and can try to dominate any lesser vampire.)
He is truly immortal. If destroyed, he feels it fully, but rises from bloody hell, a plane of the abyss which is mostly a blood ocean, the next night. Even tossing him into an orb of oblivion didn't get rid of him.
He can transform into a giant, vampire, bat or a charming looking human male.
He lives in a villa on an island in the middle of the blood sea.
