I just wanted to drop this quick line to all the awesome people at Paizo and say "THANKS". PaizoCon was awesome, I really enjoyed meeting many of you in person, and I had a blast.

Thanks for putting this on, and thanks for putting out such awesome stuff.

YOU ALL ROCK!!!!

Paizo Employee Director of Game Development

It was good getting to finally meet you in person and hang out! Thanks for the drink today too!

Scarab Sages

Same here. If I make it back next year (and if Cosmo doesn't delete my tickets) I'll have to buy you another.

Liberty's Edge

It was nice meeting you, Aberzombie!

Paizocon was a ton of fun. I managed to shove my way into Citizens of a Strange Planet, which was great and left off on an excellent cliffhanger. The boss fight was especially epic. When all the chips are down, along with all but two of the PCs, one grabs the fusion grenade and leaps down the gullet of the neothelid. For the Computer!

I also got introduced to Terah, and found myself playing the reluctant minion of a very loud and hilarious spark. There were several stupendous moments in that game--the dropping and subsequent shrinking of a much-feared chain gun, the shattering of the bionic arm, the hash-brown-and-fork death ray, the gunslinger's two crits in a row....not to mention my two charging fumbles. I was impressed enough with the game to pick up my own copy!

The Grimm game was predictably awesome, and even more so than last time because I had a better idea of how to play my Bully. Gary McBride is just a great GM, and I'd swear that 50% of the game was ad-libbed.

Pathfinder Society was great, even though poor Sahak the half-orc bard died on his second game by Leroy Jenkins-ing into a caryatid column. Turns out the most dangerous ability to dump isn't Constitution, it's Wisdom.

I spent way more than I should have on gaming supplies--when will I learn?--and finally purchased one of those nifty shot glasses. And then I ate chicken.

All in all, a stupendous convention.

Oh, and I should mention I got to meet a bunch of people. Found myself in an elevator with some guy in a blue shirt, got dragged down by a goblin to the bar to meet a bunch of people, and there were bunches of people in other places.
Then I went in a furnace some mad scientist attached wheels to and spent five hours inside as it carried me home, and my memory hasn't been doing so great since. ^-^

Thanks! I really appreciate the kind words.

You were a great bully and a joy to GM. You'd be welcome back at my table anytime.

Grimm will return next year!

So,my first time at Paizo Con was amazing. I can say this and all so tell you I did not play one game the entire time. Go to a con and not play one game. Yep, that's right my wife and I went seminaring the whole time. We went to the seminar and learned about the history of mmos'(goblin work for Pathfinder on line), how to build a better character,Secrets of TSR, Plus the Rise of the Runelord AP panel, and the one of six people the Pathfinder Society seminar. All of them were fun and great. My wife was a trooper and set beside me the whole time, which was awesome and found everything interesting. I would like to thank the entire Paizo staff for such a great con. I think by the time the con was over Lisa and James could have legally gotten a restraining order becuase they seemed to be in all the same seminars.

The other great thing that happend was, we did not have tickets for the Banquet but we waited in line at the non-ticket line and two tickets showed up. Bonus. We had to turn in early because we had an early flight back to Oklahoma. So, we would like to apologize for leaving the couple in the back before the quiz. The banquet was great and made me feel like I was a part owner of such a great company. In a way I am, because I will continue to support Paizo as best I can. This means I will work extra hard to find players where I am at and begin running PFS again. My new goal for next year Paizo con will be not to play again, but run PFS at the con.

Thanks again to everyone, and whoever had to give up their tickets thank you very much.

PaizoCon was amazing

thank you Paizo-People for the great organisation and all the good times.

Without PaizoCon me and my girlfriend would propably not planned a Big US vacation and I would not have had the opportunity to do a wedding proposal on top of the EmpireState Building

Was fun to have you there KC :)

That was a truly exceptional con ladies and gentlemen. If you worked/volunteered it you were a part of something really great this weekend. I really enjoyed meeting everyone. It was especially cool to be at the Runelords Panel where all the authors and artists were present. To hear the tale of the company having to change direction and then doing it so well. I got to touch on one of the best moments I ever had while playing during the roof top fight with Xanesha. The details are in the link below. It was the only timed I cheered during a role playing session. I congratulate you all on the con, the company and the product. Please keep them all rolling.

Can I echo this thread.

With Gen Con fast approaching, having recovered from jet lag, and been allowed out into the daylight for the first time since early July, I just wanted to say a big thank to Paizo for inviting me to Paizocon.

I also wanted to thank the attendees for making me feel so welcome, it was great to meet you.

I have so many memories of an awesome weekend that will stay with me, and of having met some truly fine interesting people. It was great to finally put names to faces and to have such a splendid time alongside it. I was overwhelmed by the way people were so polite and interested in my adventures and I’ll treasure the memories.

My jaw has just about recovered from the amount of laughing I did with you fun and twisted people.

Thank you very much.

That's awesome, aeglos! :-)
