Hi. I was considering running this AP, but before I wanted to ask you: how "convertible" to Eberron (or any other setting) do you think it is? Can it be done? If so, with how much work? If not, why?

I think it would convert to Eberron just fine. The magi-tech theme of Eberron fits pretty well with the pre-industrial revolution feel of gothic literature like Frankenstein and Dracula, and really, adding some of the Eberron tech to Book 2 would make it that much more creepy.
As for placement, it would really fit in an area near the Mournland in any of the adjacent nations.
I have been considering the same thing. My thought was to center it in Kharrnath as it has a lot in common thematically with Ulstalav. I was going to make the Whispering Way either a branch of the Blood of Vol seeking to raise her a king, or a goblin cult seeking to release a hobgoblin lich wizard from the Empire of Dhaakan, or a cult that worships the Daelkyr and seeks to release one.

I was thinking of putting it in Karrnath as well. Switching the Whispering Way to the Emerald Claw.
Looking to Broken Moon I was thinking of placing it in the Nightwood. Thinking that the Vilkas and the some protective magic around the Stairs of the Moon have kept these Lycanthropes safe from the Silver Flame.
The Fourth adventure change the mi-go to a form of Daelkyr.
I am still trying to figure out who the Esoteric Order of the Palatine Eye would end up being. Not sure if I would keep as it, or convert to something else.
