PFS Guidelines Update

I've been working almost literally around the clock to get everything done for GenCon and this is currently in the late stages of development. Unless something catastrophic happens, we'll have the Guide up in time for people to adjust their PCs or create new ones before Season 3 officially kicks off a week from today.

Thanks for the quick response... the Guide to PFS is WAY overdue for a revamp. I know it is this over-haul is in good hands and look forward to what comes!
