I had no idea that was his real name.

"R. Hyrum Savage" is just his human name. His real name is unpronounceable. (That's actually a good thing, because it keeps you from accidentally saying it three times in a row.)

As the Beta Reader Owen referred to, I consider myself the newest (and decidedly least significant/important) person associated with SGG, and I echo the sentiment above - it was a pleasure working with you, Hyrum, even if it was for a really short time! My warmest congratulations to you.

So Jeremy doesn't feel he's in the hotseat: We send Jeremy advanced drafts of some of our products. He reads them, and sends back comments. If we include those comments, he gets a proofreader credit (Check out Martial Archetypes).

Thanks again everyone! We've arrived in Redmond, unpacked a few boxes and tomorrow's my first day at Paizo. Should be a very interesting day. :)

Congrats again, Hyrum!

And I want to add, I assume when you've said "we", you are referring to your significant other. I want to say they deserve a big kudos as well for making the big move so you can follow your dreams!

But if I've assumed incorrectly, nevermind me!

If by "significant other" you mean his wife and like 4,000 kids, then yes. I believe they should be commended.

Yes, that's what I meant. :) Didn't know if he was married, engaged or had a girlfriend. Not that it is my business, but was just trying to use the phrase that covered all the basis. lol

Thanks.

4,001 kids. Get it right or the Savage Horde will descend on you! ;)

I've got Crystal working on it. Can't whip the Paizo folks like I used to whip Owen. ;)

1) I'm mildly disturbed.

2) Is this going to make Stan! cry?

No time to cry ... I'm too busy whipping Owen!

I THOUGHT about making a wise crack about whipping Crystal ... but I know she'd beat me up the next time I see her at a con.

Looks like someone's got a working outline on the Sadomasochist base class. :p

Stan!

Come to think of it, Savage has a name that's great for the industry. Where does it rank? #2 behind the Wolfgang/Bulmahn tie?
