Diverse Performance
Prerequisites: Perform (any) 1 rank, Versatile Performance class feature.
If you have ranks in any one of Perform (act, comedy, dance, or oratory), you may use your bonus in this skill to make checks in any of the other Perform skills in this list.
If you have ranks in any one of Perform (keyboard, percussion, sing, string, or wind), you may use your bonus in this skill to make checks in any of the other Perform skills in this list.
This feat does not stack with the Versatile Performance ability. For example, if you have ranks in Perform (act), you may use your Perform (act) bonus to make checks in Perform (comedy, dance, or oratory), but you can't use it to make Diplomacy or Sense Motive checks, even if you have Versatile Performance (oratory).
Don't like it.
Ability bonuses should be useful on different performances but not a feat to effectively more skill points around between the different performances. I appreciate that you preclude versatile performance but this comes too close to removing an important structural limitation of the bard.

Y'know, I don't see any way that its going to break the game. If anything, that is an underpowered feat - it is a WASTE of a feat for the small effect it has.
If you're going to make people burn a whole feat on a skill that itself has no gameplay effect, it should at least allow the skill they do have ranks in to apply to ALL its counterparts. Ie, the ability to use Perform (sing) ranks as perform (anything) ranks for purposes of simple perform checks, but not versatile performance replacement skills.
Remember that a feat is a fairly high-value thing.
The original Versatile Performer feat is a much better value - I believe it let you pick a number of performance skills equal to your intelligence bonus, and apply your highest perform skill ranks to all of those. THAT is worth a feat for bards now.
