For this product, I have a few minor criticisms to be followed by major praise. The criticisms include the following:
1) The initial table for "humanoids" in fact includes most of the major native outsider races. I have no problem with combining the races in this way, but I would have preferred that they came out and said that they were doing this.
2) If a character is reincarnated as a monster race, the new stats are determined by averaging the old stats with the stats of the monster in question -- and this apparently includes the mental stats. I think I would have preferred a little elaboration on that point, as well as a better explanation of what you should do when converting a standard player character with class levels into a monster race with racial hit dice. (They do talk about converting racial hit dice when reincarnating from one monster type to another, but they do not address the very real possibility of a humanoid becoming a monster type.)
3) There are some Paizo sources that they did not reference such as the Inner Sea Bestiary. Maybe they can take care of that in a post-Bestiary 5 revision?
Now for the praise. I have less to say here, but I would still have to give this product a major thumbs up for going well beyond the basic reincarnation table in the Core Rulebook. If you are in a campaign where there is a serious possibility that somebody might want to case Reincarnate on a non-humanoid, this PDF is just what you need.
