Prisoner's... what to do?

3.5/d20/OGL

An orc cleric of Gruumsh has just been enslaved!

What would the orc do? He's been tied up in such a way that he's not going to escape (at least not for a while).

Would he be rescued? How long would it take for him to submit to whatever the devious dwarf cooks up?

Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? Looking for some neato stories that I can ste- I mean get inspired by ;).

Thanks a bunch!

WOW... That has happened to me before, if there are guards near by make the orc persade them (THAT is if he has High charima) sorry i tried, or you could indimate them.

The orc, if he is any kind of smart, would wait for an operatunity to either escape or cause a slave riot. Personally i would cause the slave riot. Its more fun that way.

Its an ORC. They don't have high charisma. That's why their favored class is barbarian--you don't need charisma to smash things to bits.

I doubt the orc would just sit there twiddling his thumbs (if, indeed he can move them at all). If he is truly unable to escape by himself and unable to move, then I think he would just hurl insults at the guards.

Orcs do too need Charisma! They need to...um...convince their enemies to letr them bash their brains out! um...and on to the advice:

aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!
Sorry! thats a hard situation! my advice is to roar as loud as you can.
Pity you dont have a sorcerer. or a wizzy(wizard). except i hate wizzies. they can cast Mage Hand on the keys, or cast charm person on the guards.
'"I know you meen well, guard. its all a big mistake, though."
"Your rite, friend..."'
Theres an example of a mage convinceing the guards to let them go.
