Hi!
Like many folks, I've been involved in the hobby for a long time, since about 1979 or 1980. However there was a 6 or 7 year gap in the middle somewhere. I'm married to a lovely lady from the UK, and I have the world's greatest dog (except for maybe yours).
I come from a strong storytelling tradition, having played and GMed Amber Diceless a lot for almost a decade. I actually returned to traditional D&D and Pathfinder right when the first chapter of Runelords was released. I feel one of my own personal challenges has always been think in the mode of the game I'm trying to write for.
Other RPGs I've enjoyed are Runequest, M&M, Call of Cthulhu, Earthdawn… and I’m fascinated by the 3E of Warhammer RPG
I also tend to be sharply opinionated and have personally felt the challenge of reining in what to say and write on a message board. So watch me mind my P's and Q's! :D
