==Class Abilities== * Channel Negative Energy: 1d6 Negative Energy damage to all living creatures within 30’.
* Fire Bolt (Sp): As a standard action I can unleash a bolt of divine fire. Target any single foe within 30’ as a ranged touch attack. If I hit the fire bolt deals 1d6 fire damage +1/two levels. I can use this ability 5 times/day.
* Copycat (Sp): As a move action I can create 1 duplicate of myself per mirror image that lasts for 1 round or until it is dispelled or destroyed. I can use this ability 5 times/day.
• Touched by the Sea: You’ve always felt the call of the sea and your blood surges with the ebb and f low of the tides. Perhaps one of your parents ancestors had a bit of aquatic elf in them. Whatever the reason, you’re as comfortable in the water as you are on land. You gain a +1 trait bonus on Swim checks and Swim is a class skill for you. In addition, penalties on attack rolls made underwater are lessened by 1.
• Sacred Conduit: Your life was particularly painful and difficult for you. You were trained to make the most of the divine focus within you to hurt others. That magic infused you from an early age, and you now channel divine energy with greater ease than most. Whenever you channel energy, you gain a +1 trait bonus to the save DC of your channeled energy.

Sevien the Black
There was a time when Sevien was not such a dark soul. A time when he was just a child, who held the world in wonder. Growing up in Korvosa was not so bad. His parents were well to do sea merchants and his life was laid ahead of him. His half-elven mother was rumored to have water in her blood, such was her skill at sea. As a child he was promised a world of adventure, at sea with his family.
That was before his world was visited by Urgathoa. It was a time of trouble. A king had fallen, a new Queen had risen and his parents died in the disease ridden world that followed.
As the ashes cleared and his parents bodies laid in the street, his world crumbled around him. Greedy merchants divided up his parents assets without anyone to care. He was put out on the street to become one of the bodies. Sevien wondered for a while until starvation forced him to desperation. He tried to find shelter in many places but all were full. His hatred grew and but so did his desire to ply vengeance to whatever fate led him here. As the priests and priestesses of Sarenrae and Erastil began to help those in the city, The church of Asmodeus decided they needed to act as well. Fate intervened and Sevien found shelter in one of the few places that let him in at that time, the temple of Asmodeus. There he grew strong and cruel and learned of the power of Asmodeus. Devils came and visited upon him tyranny and pride. He learned of the flame and the shadow. The temple was a place of great learning and unspeakable acts.
That is when he caught the eye of Ornher Reebs, the high priest of Asmodeus. After the destruction in the city, he was looking for new young pupils to fill the ranks. Sevien was promising, but cruel and wasteful. Ornher set about breaking Sevien of his base ways and instill in him a measure of pride and an ability to work with others. The use of guile and trickery was added to his repertoire. With the doorway opened to the darkness, Sevien found he excelled at the black arts. He could rain death upon those around him with a single thought. His touch could wither the strong or burn the weak.
Finally he found his place within the brotherhood. There was still death and evil, sometimes beyond imagination, but there was also purpose.
As Sevien grew in power it was decided that he would travel with a master, one who would take him to Cheliax so he would be exposed to the true darkness and glory of Asmodeus. Zedren kept a tight leash upon him. He disliked that Sevien’s evil shone brightly, but feared to directly destroy his new pupil as Ornher had come to favor Sevien. He spent several years in Cheliax, and further grew in his power. Eventually he and Zedren traveled to Ilizmagorti on business for the church and then eventually to Port Peril. There were important souls to claim and deals to be made. The deals were struck and all seemed right. There were plans to return to Korvosa and claim a place in the church.
But Zedren had other ideas. He planned that Sevien would never return. So they ended up going to a tavern called the Formidably Maid. It was known by Zedren as a place of cutthroats and thieves.
When he saw someone drug Sevien he did nothing and let it happen. Zedren could tell the truth if questioned. He had nothing to do with Sevien's death. So Zedren left him there to be taken and killed, one less piece of trouble to take back to Korvosa.
Sevien is 5’6 inches and 155lbs. He is pale with jet black hair. Not many would call him beautiful but there is something dark and vaguely dangerous about him, like an animal that could turn on you at any moment.
Sevien has little sense of humor. His goals are an orderly mission and no distractions. He drinks little as it can lead to chaos and loss of control. He appreciates items of quality as well as well executed action and thought.
He has no patience for the weak or those who destroy for no reason. He prefers the clean death of negative energy to getting his hands dirty. He doesn’t like torture and favors magical compulsion as is much cleaner and effective.
Although his heart is dark he has a soft place for innocent creatures. They remind him of when he was a boy and he is willing to help them with nothing in return. He hides this part of him though, as his master’s would see this as weakness on his part.
