Selara has medium black hair which she normally keeps in in a bun with a hairstick, a tanned skin, and amber eyes

Personality:
Selara has been twisted to believe in a ideal of worthness as a value for everything including life, that is based in one set of powers be they strengh, magic, determination etc... She also absolutely believes in herself as worthy, and sees most people as worthy unless directly proven wrong. Though she belittle people in her thoughs she does her best to act charming or at least diplomatic with others

Background:
Selara's life began in a ship, or at least so she though for as much as she tried she could never remeber anything before that voyage... Selara and her mother had left their home to so that Selara could be introduced to the rest of her family. But they never reached their destination for they were attacked by pirates, captured all surviving passengers of the ship were later sold to slavery in a black market in Talingarde. Selara was bought by a man who appreciated her dexterous talents; the man needed loyal agents (puppets) to use for dangerous works. Thus Selara and a group of other orphaned children received some training in the arts of stealth, and sent in different missions from stealing documents to putting items in certain places, sometimes she suceeded, other times she was nearly caught escaping by a single breath, when she suceeded she was rewarded and when she failed punished, as time passed her missions began to get more complex, and at the same time she was taught more, alchemy with a focus on poisoning, how to wield a blade, and as time passed the other children began to disappear once finally gathering her courage Selara asked the man where they had gone. To her surprise the man for the first time called her by her name answering The others? The others are failures... unlike you Selara, remeber this child, the only thing that matter is power... And grabbing her chin he made Selara look into his eyes and concluded: Remember who holds power Selara. She would remember these words very cleary as she grew up. At some point Selara became the only child to remain this time she did not ask, she knew they were unworthy, failures, but she... She was worthy and now Selara had begun learning the games of politics the art of lies and deception and her missions grew increasingly dangerous and complex, but so long the man kept teaching her she felt rewarded, she learned how to kill. First small animals like rodents, birds, then bigger ones like dogs, and finally one day people all the while the man whispered close to her ear They are unworthy, they lack power so they cannot survive, they do not deserve survival. Do you want to be like then? If not then kill them And she nearly crying the first times but as time passed she did it efficiently like any other task they were unworthy. When she reached a certain age the man began to take her to brothels so that she could learn both to seduce and to control her own awakening desires, but it was in one of those brothels that Selara was reunited to her mother, at first neither recognized each other but then recognition flared inside Selara and for the first time in years of keeping her feelings in check she cried out and embraced the poor elf woman, alas that happened in front of the man and he became furious he grabbed Selara's arm and tried to wrestle her free from the embrace but Selara jerked away, thus he called his two personal guards who were waiting outside the place to separate the two. After paying the owner of the establishment a fine sum for the mother he carried both women away to his home were he confined the two separate. Selara waited restlessly she wanted to see her mother but she still remembered the man's warning and thus she didn't try escaping her room. Finally after what seemed like hours but were nothing more than minutes, the man entered the room and before Selara could act the man grabbed her by the neck making hard for her to breath. He asked in a deadly tone:Explain that Selara before I kill you as I'm very inclined now. She responded as best as she could while without breath. I'm sorry but s-she... cough... is m-my mother. Hearing this the man dropped her and began to laugh So she is your mother eh Selara? A filthy whore! Not exactly a worthy mother eh? And do you remember what I said about the worthy don't you? Selara was shocked the man could not mean what he meant could he? But he did mean it, he ordered Selara to kill her own mother obiviously Selara protested, then after being punished with whippings she begged, to which the man answered:Begging Selara? Begging is for the weak the unworthy, see how this woman makes you weak, unworthy... She continued to beg, resist but finally after a day of punishments she broke. Thus Selara eyes bogged with tears slit her mother's throat, as she struggled bound in rope, mouth covered in cloth, as she had done with many others beings she repeated in her mind:She was unworthy, weak. She had learned her lesson but this time there was something different, this time Selara felt anger grow inside her. Not long after the man sent her in more missions, and she completed each after the other, but something changed, unlike before the man stopped teaching her. And as she did more and more missions Selara grew more irritable till it reached her, the man had nothing more to teach her, and she finally realized that compared to her the man was weak it was him that was unworthy, but with this new epifany, Selara lost control of her rising anger and in afit of rage slayed the man at his house, she tried to slay all the servants and guards, so no one could alert the citywatch but she failed even if they were weak they were numberous and she was forced to escape but again did numbers outmatch her. Selara was captured and judged guilty. Selara was not afraid though, afterall she was powerful, worthy and these who judged her were all weak, she would escape, and when she did she would find other test the people of Talingarde and discover the worthy like her, and rule the weak or kill the weak. As should be.
