Samuel employs himself as a hunter of men and beasts, with special attention payed to those that plague the densely populated streets of his home. At times, though, he is haunted by false dreams, memories of things he never saw, of a red and purple sky looming over head. The image follows him even into the waking world, staining the darkest corners of his mind with lost thoughts. The want, the need to find the
real sky gnaws at him, and drives him forward.
Samuel practices a rare form of swordplay that hails from the eastern lands. While it is reminiscent of the style of the sword lords, there is an emphasis on fast, precise strikes. Study of this school, along with dreams of the red sky, has pushed Samuel forward as an adventurer. He is drawn away from his home and into the wilderness beyond.
He is an arrogant man, though his skill as a swordsman should not be underestimated. His ability with firearms is far worse by comparison. He compensates by combining the teaching of the sword lords with gunplay, using the two in conjuction to catch opponents off-guard.
