Class Abilities
Spirit Sense (Sp) At will.
A menhir savant can detect the presence of undead; fey; outsiders; and astral, ethereal, or incorporeal creatures. This ability functions like detect undead, and the druid detects all of these creatures rather than trying to detect one kind.

Heat Bolt (Sp) 6 / day ---
Ranged touch attack, 30 ft. 1d6 + 3 heat damage.
As a standard action, you can unleash a scorching bolt of divine energy from your outstretched hand. You can target any single foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack with this bolt of heat.

Place Magic (Su) 6 / day
A menhir savant learns to identify and tap into ley lines in different types of terrain. As a free action, she can tap into the magic of a nearby ley line and increase her caster level by +1 for 1 round. She can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Wisdom bonus.

Wild Shape (Su) 2 / day for 1 hour / level
At 6th level, a druid can use wild shape to change into a Large, Medium, Small or Tiny animal. When taking the form of an animal, a druid's wild shape functions as beast shape II. When taking the form of an elemental, the druid's wild shape functions as elemental body I.

Resist Nature’s Lure (Ex) Passive; Constant
Starting at 4th level, a druid gains a +4 bonus on saving throws against the spell-like and supernatural abilities of fey. This bonus also applies to spells and effects that target plants, such as blight, entangle, spike growth, and warp wood.

Fire Resistance (Ex) Passive; Constant
At 6th level, you gain resist fire 10. This resistance increases to 20 at 12th level. At 20th level, you gain immunity to fire.

I. Tuatha Dé Danann:
The Tuatha Dé Danann were defeated long ago by the Milesians on the island named after Queen Eiru, modern day Ireland. They attempted to banish the Milesians with a great storm out to see, but the mortals possessed magic as well, and half their ships made it to shore. The Tuatha Dé Danann were not a people of war, but a people of magic, so the war-like Milesians conquered them, and banished the race into the sidhe burial mounds. The Tuatha Dé Danann have since dwelled underground in the British Isles, only emerging to the world above during special times of the year. They would always emerge from the megalithic mounds, the menhir, and their dwelling near these places made them places of special magic.

This is not the full story of the first people; however. Many of their kind were able to flee their home island to find another ilsand that existed in this world and the other, in many places, yet in no places at once. It was an island of apple trees, where the apples grew all year round. It was called Emain Ablach, or Avalon. Twelve sisters dwell in this secret place, and began to make a plan to bring their kind back into the world.

II. Lady Morrigan:
The closest to succeed was the great warrior, Morrigan, in the human world, Morgana, or Morgan Le Fay. She bore a son to a king; however, since the son was conceived in deception, and there was treachery in the king's court, and there was no love between Morrigan and the king, things ended tragically. The king and his own half-fay son fought in a bloody battle, in which the son was killed and the father was mortally wounded.

The father was brought to Avalon and died there, where he is buried. With his dying breath, he swore that one day another like him would appear who would help the fey assimilate into the human world. The two should rightly be allies. Since then, the women of Avalon have waited for another king Arthur to appear, or to find a way to bring the dead king back to them, without diminishing his spirit.

III. The Brittany Fey Clan:
Morrigan and most of her sisters remained in Avalon, hiding from the dangers of the world. However, a small group of them formed a fey tribe in medieval Gaul, in which they attempted to breed with mortals, as Morrigan did, or attempted to permanently release the other Tuatha Dé Danann from the fey Underworld.

The sisters had some success together. They never managed to make a king their ally for long, though they managed to teach a few human groups their magic and make them passing allies, and produced a number of half-breeds. The greatest success was when the released a bound fey prince from a menhir in Gaul- one of the other places where mortals had trapped fey in the underworld. Cemeadae was born of one these sisters when she courted one of the few fey princes they managed to release from ancient menhirs.

IV. Cemeadae Leanhmenhir:
Cemeadae was one of the first and last Tuatha Dé Danann to be born on the surface world, and so could freely dwell there. Her father was freed from the other world, but still bound to the stone. Her mother taught her the ancient magics of the first people and of the menhir stones. She had the ability to sense other fey, spirits and all other kinds of supernatural creatures. She knew how to call upon nature as her ally. She learned the keys that awakened stones, trees and animals to enable them to speak, and to call them to her from anywhere in the world. She learned the secret cant that her mother and her sisters created by which she could identify herself as one of the Tuatha Dé Danann or as one of their allies.

The centuries passed, and most of the original sisters were killed by other supernatural beings, traitorous mortal lovers, or followed lovers to the underworld, or returned to Avalon as they tired of the world. Many lost the faith that another king Arthur would ever appear again to help their people, and make a lasting alliance between the mortal and immortal peoples. Cemeadae is one of the last full-blooded Tuatha Dé Dannan to live in the world during the modern age.

V. Modern Age:
In the modern age, invisibility is necessary for survival. One must abandon one's roots, somewhat, in order to keep on living. Cemeadae took the name Ramona, and learned how to survive in the human world as a free lance photographer. The world is much bigger than Gual and Isle of Man, she has learned. There are other places, where magic has pooled, and her menhir magic is stronger than normal. She keeps her craft a secret from most, but unlike many of her half- or part blooded kin, or her ancestors who have fled to different fairy reamls underground or on Avalon, she keeps the faith of the once and future king. She believes another Arthur will appear, and will be someone to create peace and understanding between her people and the mortals. She is no fool- she knows many humans are hunters who like to kill her kind, and she avoids any lasting contact with large groups of humans. Catholicism in Medieval Gaul taught her that human religions are best avoided as well. However, her own religion, the belief in her people's magic, their place as the first stewards of nature, and their eventual return to the world ushered in by a kingdom of human allies remains strong. She keeps quietly out of sight by being the eyes of the world in the age of instant images, travelling to special places all over the planet, looking for the Future King, wherever he may appear.
