Hello Paizo team of Awesomeness!

Just wanted to check on the status of my subscription items.

Thank you!
Jason Jones

Hello! Please cancel pathfinder battles subscription. Currently preparing to buy a house and need to cancel that subscription temporarily.

Please disregard

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to find the name of a book that sadly was stolen. In the back it had riddles and one of the magic items was a can of whoopa**. Also there was an artifact glove set that duplicated ranged weapons. If anyone can recall the name I would greatly appreciate it.

hello,

I am checking on what is going on with my subscriptions.

I am now being sent a second Pathfinder Lost Omens: Character Guide. Recently I was sent two Inner Sea Gods books separately. Am I being double ordered? Also wanted to see why the Gamemastery guide isn't included in my recent order as well.

Hello Paizo Staff,

Just checking on the status of this order.

Good Morning,

Just checking on the shipping status on the books since the miniatures shipped Monday and Tuesday.

Could you please take a look at this order and see what is going on with it?

Good evening,

Just wanted to check on the Status on my Subscription. I will always be one of paizo's biggest fans.

Hello,

Just wanted to check on the status on Order 7518456.

I just wanted to make sure my subscription is starting with the Pathfinder Battles—Kingmaker along with the Earth and Water elemental Order 7518456. I selected those on check out and it switched to Jungle of Despair and I don't want the Jungle of Despair ones as I already have those (I purchased that back in april, Order 4804611).

Does anyone know which book possesses an artifact spiral rapier? Been trying to refind it.

Normally I would see a posting to my bank account. Nothing yet.

Order 5113851

Please cancel Order 4878207.

Thank you!

Is the Fangwood Forest dominately:
Sparse, Medium or Dense?

Getting ready to do book 2 and need to know more about the environment that combat is going to happen in. The Azlanti series that we will be doing next is obviously aquatic, so I was wondering if Paizo was trying to utilize environment rules. Please let me know :)

Please cancel my subscriptions. Need to pay off some debts and then I will resubscribe later. Thank you!

It is mentioned in book 5, and I want more information about what it is.

Hello just wanted to check on the status on my two orders. One my subscription, the other several miniatures.

Miniatures : Order 4546946
Subscription : Order 4514798

Please cancel my subscription. Been having several long waits, and figure it would be best for me to only do the purchases as pdf's come out.

I am considering changing the Yellow Sign to a curse effect. Are there any implications other then bypassing mind effect immunity I should be aware of?

For those who have been wanting to do "Kingmaker in Space" our group has been doing that to determine that we divided the charges by 10 for reactors and by 5 for the laboratories to determine the BP value (limit of one reactor per city district). Unlike several buildings, reactors and labs are not upgradeable.

Fission Reactor - 100 BP (4 lots) 1000 charges
Fusion Reactor - 50 BP (2 lots) 500 charges
Geothermal Reactor - 20 BP (1 lot) 200 charges
Graviton Reactor - 80 BP (4 lots) 800 charges
Solar Generator - 5 BP (1 lot) 50 charges

Laboratories work the same way except they are divided by 5:
Cybernetics Lab - 20 BP (1 lot) 100 charges
Graviton Lab - 50 BP (2 lots) 250 charges
Medical Lab - 4 BP (1 lot) 20 charges
Military Lab - 20 BP (1 lot) 100 charges
Nanotech Lab - 30 BP (2 lots) 150 charges
Production Lab - 10 BP (1 lot) 50 charges
Robotics Lab - 40 BP (2 lots) 200 charges
Spaceship Lab - 90 BP (4 lots) 450 charges

Each generator provides power for an entire district. For example, the new kingdom district has a Solar Generator. It can power either 2 medical labs or 1 production lab. A fission reactor can support a robotics lab (200), a graviton lab (250), a production lab (50), a cybernetics lab (100), a medical lab (20), a military lab (100), a nanotech lab (150). All excess power can be utilized to charge items, etc.

Will Starfinder use Progress Levels similar to those of D20 Future. That was a fun little system they had where some planets had different progress levels. I am just curious if Starfinder will use their own similar system :)

Current Day Golarion just started PL 3: Age of Reason with Alchemists and Gunslingers as an option.

Golarion : PL 3
Earth (Soviet) : PL 4
Starfinder : PL 7?

My group loves technology, and everything that you guys are doing. Especially with the Gap :) Keep up the awesome work. I also loved James Sutter's work concerning Golarions Solar System in "Distant Worlds." Which is what made me really excited about Starfinder!

Rules
Challenger : You can choose the level

References : Anything on the Paizo PRD.
Races: Core Races only :)
15,14,13,12,10,8 array since we are testing classes.
Arena: 10 ft. radius per level. Both of us start on opposite sides.
Traits: None, don't need any since we are testing classes.
Gotta remember, range is a thing for spellcasters. Scorching Ray, disintegrate etc. are close range spells (25 ft. plus 5 ft. per two caster levels).
Items not allowed : Potions & Scrolls

For buffs, we will do 1 hour per level so you can still get your mage armor. . Even though a potion of haste would be fun. Part of playing a spellcaster is putting up buffs etc. Especially when involving spells of the super fun polymorph school. Dragon Disciple is still my favorite prestige class that pathfinder redid.

Started the first book tonight and saw that no obituary was posted.

Ghoul decided to roll a nat 20 to break free, and it aided her in getting some fresh flesh. The saving grace was the befriended the ghoul in the other room who helped them and got the second ghoul on their side. Sadly 3 players died. Only survivor was an elven druid, and her avian animal companion "Kraw"

Jay - Alchemist - Death by Doctor Othsday, fainted critical hit.
Daniella - Kineticist - Death by Doctor and ghoul team work.
Jake - Ranger - Death by ghoul coup de grace in the laundry room.

Now I know there is a book for cohort's and companions. One of my player's wants to use a silver raven figurine as a cohort. What would the best method of doing this be?

Where would you place it?

This adventure has alot, and I think it should be on the Isle of Kortos (same isle as Absalom), what do you all think? Reason being is it has mountains, forests, etc.

Not only that but the swamp is 80 miles-esque from the largest metropolis in the Frog God Games campaign world. Atleast by my opinion after playing and DMing Slumbering Tsar, and Rappan Athuk. Razor Coast is the only one that isn't near said metropolis.

If you cast Shocking grasp and inflict 14 points of damage, do you apply hardness before inflicting damage as you would normally (for example robots have hardness 10) so it would inflict 6 opints of damage

The wording for the Vulnerable to Electricity is worded differently, in that it inflicts 150% as much as normal unless immune. In which case it would inflict 11 points of damage ((14x1.5) = 21-10 hardness).

If so, I know this is probably late, but I wish that the Vulnerable to Electricity wouldn't have been named like that as I think it tends to create conflict with Electricity Vulnerability (Energy Vulnerability).

Like change it to :
Electricity Susceptibility

Figured I would start this one:

Kel, the Orc Fighter -

Spoiler:
Drank some Numerian fluid and suffered 1d4 negative levels at the hills. Player knows he is a wight, the character doesn't know, and neither does the party.

Do swarms still inflict damage on a creature that is under the effects of a blink spell?

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Hemochemists gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor.

Hemophilia
Hemochemists are particularly susceptible to bleed effects, and the DC of any Heal check made to stop a bleed effect is 5 higher than normal. In addition, anytime a bleeding wound is inflicted on a Hemochemist, she takes an additional point of damage.

Continued Study
Levels of the Hemochemist prestige class stack with Alchemist levels for determining when she learns new Discoveries, the effect of her bombs and the level at which she can select major Discoveries or grand Discoveries. A Hemochemist without levels in Alchemist, gains the bombs and discoveries of an Alchemist of their Hemochemist level.

Bloodline Spellcasting
Hemochemists have learned to combine the art of their blood and their heritage. A sorcerer casts arcane spells drawn primarily from their bloodlines. She can cast any spell she knows without preparing it ahead of time. To learn or cast a spell, a sorcerer must have a Charisma score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a sorcerer's spell is 10 + the spell level + the sorcerer's Charismamodifier.
Like other spellcasters, a sorcerer can cast only a certain number of spells of each spell level per day. Her base daily spell allotment is given on Table: Hemochemist. In addition, she receives bonus spells per day if she has a high Charisma score (see Table: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells).
A Hemochemist’s caster level is equal to her hemochemist level plus her alchemist level and any sorcerer levels possessed.

Awaken Bloodline
Hemochemists gain power through their bloodlines. At first, level a Hemochemist Eldritch Heritage Feat becomes a true bloodline. A Hemochemist uses his or her full character level to determine the powers of her bloodline. A Hemochemist gains an additional bloodline at third level, sixth level and ninth level. Any bloodlines awakened are in addition to the original bloodline of a Hemochemist with sorcerer levels. A hemochemist’s level stacks with a sorcerer’s levels for determining bloodline powers.

Bloodline Feat`
At 4th level, hemochemists receive one bonus feat, chosen from their bloodlines they have access to. The hemochemist must meet the prerequisites for these bonus feats. At 8th level, a hemochemist gains an additional bonus feat.

Absorb Bloodline
At 10th level, a Hemochemist can temporarily access all of the bloodline powers of a given sorcerer bloodline as if she were a sorcerer of a level equaling her total spellcaster level (including Hemochemist levels) by consuming blood tied to that bloodline. By drinking 1 pint of fresh blood (which inflicts 1 point of Constitution damage) from a sorcerer with the given bloodline or from a creature affiliated with that bloodline, the Hemochemist gains the ability to use the bloodline powers (but not bonus spells, proficiencies, and so on) as appropriate to her level for 1 hour. This ability is usable once per day and drinking the blood normally requires a full minute, and Hemochemists with the Brew Potion feat can distill the blood into a potion-sized draught that can be stored and consumed as a standard action.

Any bloodlines absorbed are in addition to the original bloodline of a Hemochemist with sorcerer levels. Though the Hemochemist gains no physical nourishment from drinking blood, this practice is likely responsible for many of the stories linking Hemochemists and vampires.
In addition to sorcerers of the given bloodline, the following list presents a few examples of creatures whose blood is considered affiliated to a bloodline. There may be others who work equally well, at the GM’s discretion.
• Aberrant: any aberration.
• Abyssal: any chaotic evil outsider.
• Arcane: any arcane caster, or any creature with an arcane spell or spell-like ability of at least 3rd-level.
• Celestial: any good outsider.
• Destined: any creature able to cast divination spells.
• Draconic: any dragon or creature with the dragon type.
• Elemental: any creature with an elemental or energy subtype (air, cold, earth, fire, water), provided it has flesh and blood (such as a salamander, but not a fire elemental).
• Fey: any fey or gnome.
• Infernal: any lawful evil outsider.
• Undead: any undead creature with flesh and blood (such as vampires or ghouls, but not skeletons).

Does Death Attack bypass Regeneration, or does Regeneration have to be turned off before hand?

Does anyone have information for the other families, such as the seals, etc or does anyone have some homebrew of them?

The last post I saw was back in 2012 concerning this, but I know that many things have changed since.

The question is can you sunder with a Vital Strike?

I am pretty sure that you can.

Vital Strike Rules
When you use the attack action, you can make one attack at your highest base attack bonus that deals additional damage. Roll the weapon's damage dice for the attack twice and add the results together before adding bonuses from Strength, weapon abilities (such as flaming), precision based damage, and other damage bonuses. These extra weapon damage dice are not multiplied on a critical hit, but are added to the total.

Sunder Rules
You can attempt to sunder an item held or worn by your opponent as part of an attack action in place of a melee attack. If you do not have the Improved Sunder feat, or a similar ability, attempting to sunder an item provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver.
If your attack is successful, you deal damage to the item normally. Damage that exceeds the object's Hardness is subtracted from its hit points. If an object has equal to or less than half its total hit points remaining, it gains the broken condition (see Conditions). If the damage you deal would reduce the object to less than 0 hit points, you can choose to destroy it. If you do not choose to destroy it, the object is left with only 1 hit point and the broken condition.
The reason why Vital Strike Says Attack Action, is because you can do it with a ranged weapon and a melee weapon. An attack with a melee weapon is a melee attack. An attack with a ranged weapon is a ranged attack.

1) "as part of an attack action" (this means you use the attack action standard action)
2) "in place of a melee attack" (this means the combat maneuver replaces the attack, so no vital strike sundering)
Key phrases are “Part of the attack action” and “When you Use.”
Going to do a direct copy and Paste. Italic will be Vital Strike, bold will be the Sunder as to why.

When you I am going to use the attack action, you can make one attack at your highest base attack bonus that deals additional damage, and as part of an attack action in place of a melee attack.

The part I think that is causing confusion is “in place of a melee attack” in the sunder rules. This is here, atleast I believe, because you can’t do ranged sunder attacks without an appropriate feat, or ability.

The way that Barbies turn went, is she used the attack action so she can make one attack at her highest base attack bonus that deals additional damage and she attempted to sunder an item held or worn by her opponent. She did not have the improved sunder feat, or a similar ability, and provoked an attack of opportunity from the target. The melee attack was successful, and she deals damage to the item normally. Her normal hit for that attack was 4d4+26 points of damage. If the damage you deal would reduce the object to less than 0 hit points, you can choose to destroy it. If you do not choose to destroy it, the object is left with only 1 hit point and the broken condition. – Barbie destroys 99.9% of the time.
