The idea of life=good and death/undead=evil is kind of dumb. So if a party member died do you change their alignment to evil? After all they are no longer alive. Death does not equal evil its part of life. Undeath is a step outside the natural order but does not require it to be evil

Google search good lich I think it's in a faerun book but it talks about things like the OP wrote specifically. I say it depends on what was done to become a lich and the motivation behind becoming a lich.

By the negative energy example Dhampires would be required to be evil alignment even more then demon descended folk.

Well I know about the rule of playing the CR of the race as their level adjustment. So a CR 2 race would only be playable at level 3.
But I have heard you can pay off CR to half of the original CR of the creature rounded down. So a CR 2 becomes a CR 1 after three levels so at level 6 I think?

Well that is kind of silly, like saying you hate all Vampire Literature because you didn't like how Edward Cullen was a moody teenager and yet still a vampire.

Dracula was killed via a bowie knife to the heart, Bowie does not make silver blades, so virtually any metal could work in most mythos.

Silver is a thing in many myths because it was considered pure and a sign of holy purity, where as gold as clearly too tainted with greed.

Then again some vampires in myth didn't drink blood, so... good luck with fitting real world myths into PF. I mean look at zombies or general undead, headshots don't do anything to zombies, you need slashing weapons.

Mistmail I am curious how this would work with a Vampire character?

Me I prefer to throw Dread Vampire at my party then the regular vampire race. Its third party, but effective.

I am going to be playing a Leprechaun character in a level 5 game.
Now of course I feel the Bard class fits the race best, given his many Bard Cantrips as Spell like abilities.
Now I am taking two levels of CR, which are gonna add the HD of the creature to equal my HP for those levels, using the Fey racial skills and skill points for those levels. So at an ECL 5 I am gonna have 3 class levels.

Now I was thinking a Bard would be nice but I am open to some other options. The character is going to be a cast out former royal Leprechaun, such as a prince of the Leprechauns who was cast out after a rebellion of another set of Leprechauns.

But I am not against other ideas, so feel free to spout out some cool ideas.

The -2 to Str likely means this build is gonna need a Dex to Damage weapon style.
