About Coronei Amasartis

Appearance and Personality
Coronei is thin and gracious, with a slightly superior smile. He wears good quality dark clothes and likes to include silver threads in the trim. The bow doesn’t look worn, the fletchings neat and his rapier and dagger remain peace bonded. He is fashion conscious, stylish but with a certain wildness round the edges.

Background
The elven city of Kyonin has several dozen factions some much older than others. Coronei is an unwilling member of one thanks to his father and grandfather. They are Stalkers, a newer faction who seek to promote elven culture in every way by recovering elven magic items and artefacts. The followers were spread across the lands to learn and gather information on all things elvish, then pass that back to Kyonin. Using local contacts inside society, each agent spends at least one hundred years to widen their influence and network.
Many followers, like Coronei, are devoted to Nethys. His grandfather, Tormallin, is the leading Nirmathas agent and he had asked for someone to help investigate further afield. Not an unusual request when Tormallin is over 450 years old. But it took Coronei's father’s intervention to make sure that the young mage got the mission, against Coronei’s pampered city life.
Stuck in some backwater did not suit the wayward boy's thirst for glory but his parent’s decision was final. Now Coronei arrived locally smarting from a poor reception by his grandfather. Tormallin was not impressed by the spoilt mage. Now Coronei seeks to make a name for himself as a Stalker following the worst dressing down of his life.

Mission
Coronei has heard of the Wards of Zaethera - a set of spell books belonging to a famous elven mage, each one building on the last with clues to the next location.

You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of+ 1). Your walking speed increases by 10 feet. You have advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks. • You gain a bonus to any Constitution saving throw you make to maintain your concentration on a spell. The bonus equals your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +l).
You can use this feature twice. You regain all expended
uses of it when you finish a short or long rest.
