I want to play this character again! (Asad!) I am not sure what he will be reborn as, he currently is rolled up as a warrior. I am thinking a fighter, but how absurd would a bard be with his personality? LOL He is a gruff, ornery man. He loves to joke and tease, and even is a little uncouth at times. Still he is brave, and loyal.

Actually, if we do the alternate campaign, I have this warrior! Just reread some of his posts, and I really enjoyed playing him! I will obviously rebuild him if it happens, since he is level 2. :)

Anyway, back to the deadly mission...

Boo! Sorry to see this game died! Thought I would check up on it. I lol'd rereading the mercenaries interacting with Valik and NPCs. :)

I am back! Sorry my laptop died on me, so I had to get a new one.

I hope Asad being kind of a jerk doesn't make anyone think I plan on playing my real character as such! lol I am just having fun playing a gruff, unkempt NPC. I can tone it down if it is too distracting though.

"What is it with the people in this area? No one has a sense of humor anymore I swear it!"

"I apologize if I offend you miss, but I do my job. I would think you want as many men between you and a potential gnoll raiding party as possible. I hear they like torturing pretty ladies. Anyway, I am not a detective. Point me to who needs to be talking and I'll get a confession out of em!"

"I don't have a question, but I sure could use some motivation lady!" Asad says with a crooked playful smile.

Asad will help with the Camels.

"Easy thar ma humped friends!"

"As stubborn as a woman you are, you blasted camels!"

Asad will assist with the unburned wagon as well.

Asad Will also be rushing water to the wagon, and will standby in case Valik needs help getting out!

"Valik! You crazy or something!? Are ye okay in there?!"

"Well we need to get somewhere. I am confident we will be fine, but Garavel needs to rest somewhere. I say we press on."

Asad will move to m12 and attack that gnoll then.

Oh just realized I forgot to do a knowledge local! LOL I might not know what a gnoll is..

"Ho ho ho, he just joins and is already barking out orders! Still I have no qualms about which gnoll will feel my blade! Bad Doggy!"

"Ah aren't we all looking for a fine woman though? No offense to your lady Valik, but a man on the road needs something to come home to, no? So Valik, got any jokes from the north, or any more tales to share?"

Asad is relatively quiet, but listens to the stories as it is something to take his mind off of the otherwise boring journey.

"My name is Asad. Hope you can do more than tell stories on the road my friend! HAHA! I jest, but it can be....dangerous work. Though by the looks of it you should be able to handle yourself. I love jokes, so I hope you can tell a good one!"

"Aye fellas, She tells no lies!! Even if she has no sense of humor, she serves a fine ale!"

Asad chuckles at Dullen's statement.
"Nothing wrong with that Dullen. The biggest guy is nothing but a target."

Asad looks Valik over, smiles, and spouts out:
"Hey Garavel, if that pretty lad needs a bed he can share mine! Though I usually like em a little less whiskered!"

Asad says with big grin.
"Just having a bit of fun I am. Aren't you halfkins sposed' to be jokesters yerselves? Or is that the Gnomes?
Anyway were I not respectable man, I could see where we'd have a problem. I'll keep quiet though, just keep the ale a comin so when I open my mouth I have somethin to put in it!"

@Garavel "Ah I meant no trouble. Could they see past the rough exterior, they'd know that. I was tryin' to add some fun to the place!"

Bring on the wenches!

"Well now that we have our drinks, what do we drink to!? I say...

Asad looks around the bar for the first "attractive female".

Asad then says with jubilance:
"I say we drink to her! Cheers to the fine woman, and the happiness she brings to me eyes!"

Asad sits and drinks his ale at the bar, quietly taking in his surroundings. He is a bit of a brute, Tall with dark hair, dark eyes, with thick unruly hair and facial hair. It is clear he isn't focused on his looks. This man has seen his fair share of fights, and although he isn't young, he isn't very old either.

"Well men, what shall we drink to today?"

Ok I should be good to go now.
