            Gashadokuro
Gashadokuro - Image
If anyone has ever played Crimson Alliance, you'll get the reference.
This is just a rough build at the moment, as Hero Labs doesn't seem to have the correct Graveknight template, nor can it handle the unique weapon wielded by Gashadokuro. Some things to keep in mind, he already has Power Attack (-3/+6) factored into his stats, and some of the stats are incorrect as to achieve the closest simulation I could to the unique weapon, I applied the Lead Blades spell. He was created using a 20 point buy, and, mostly, follows the NPC generation wealth guideline (with the exception of the weapon).
My aim is to create a unique and memorable 'mini-boss' that will reoccur in the campaign. I'd like to start by introducing this guy fairly early on, but as someone who attacks and hurts the party, but writes them off as beneath his notice and leaves them injured, but fighting his skeletal minions. He is, ultimately, a servant of a more powerful threat, who is himself a servant of the true enemy, the Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Charon. For a little more info, see my thread, here.
As a mortal, the being now known as Gashadokuro, was a servant of Gorum. He was also a master weapon smith, and forged many might weapons in service to Gorum. For his loyal service, Gorum blessed him with a permanent Righteous Might spell, turning him into a truly terrifying force on the battlefield. Unlike many war lords, Gashadokuro strives to imitate Gorum in leading the charge, instead of leading from the rear. After a the surrounding kingdoms unified to put down this usurping warlord, he was defeated in his mountain throne, when the mountain erupted into a volcano and his fortress was filled with lava.
He rose again as a Graveknight, but was trapped in the solidified lava. He remembered a the name of a spirit from Tian myths (actually
Japanese myth, Gashadokuro is a giant skeletal demon), and took on the name of the spirit for himself. He was trapped in the rocks for long enough he forgot most of his past.
When he was eventually freed by his new master, he created a new weapon, his ultimate master piece, and knew he would never forge an equal. He named this sword Gashadokuro after himself. The weapon is a +3 adamantine weapon and is treated as one size category large for the purposes of damage, and it re-shapes itself into the wielders most favored weapon. Gashadokuro, as the forger of the weapon, can re-shape the weapon into any he desires. The weapon has runes running the length of the weapon on both sides. They emit a soft white glow. Every 1d4 rounds, the weapon can release a wave of energy in a 15 ft cone that subjects all in the area to a bull rush as if from the wielder of the weapon. Anyone in the area also takes damage equal to the wielders slam attack (if he doesn't have one, it deals damage as if he did have such an attack). After the sword has uses it's bull rush property, the glowing runes on the weapon cease glowing. As each round passes, the runes regain some of their glow, and once the 1d4 number of rounds has passed, they glow fully once more.
That's the relevant history I think, needed for where I want to go with Gashadokuro. I'm not looking to make him super optimized, but I would like any tips or suggestions on things I could do instead, and an explanation as to why.
I'm only slightly addicted to the Paizo forums (down from 10 tabs open, to 5), so I should be able to respond to any posts fairly quickly.
