A bit confused by the half orc, but figuring having the brute get between the dog and himself is not a bad thing, Jeorik allows the half orc to push past him.
"Inigo!" Keliwyn says as he points to the door with the half-orc on the other side. Turning, the then points to the three children and growls as menacingly as he can, "You three stay right there."

not as confused as Giggles.
Hallway:
The half-orc kicks the dog back into the eastern room. "Out of the way, Blue!" The dog snarls but doesn't bite back; it knows its place in the pack. Giggles steps into the eastern room. "Yargin, they're OK."
From the eastern room you hear Yargin, "You poor sod, you've been betwitched!" and another voice, "ready for 'em now!"
Past the half-orc stand a dozen ragged kids, 5-15 years old holding 6' long "spoons". To the left of the door is a large cistern which blocks your view of the northern portion of the room.
"Inigo!" Keliwyn says as he points to the door with the half-orc on the other side. Turning, the then points to the three children and growls as menacingly as he can, "You three stay right there."
Even as Keliwyn speaks, the half-orc steps to the east and out of view. No clash of weapons immediately follows. The children don't exactly cower, but all shrink down a bit and take a step or two back.
Sorry, Billzabub, I should have given you a chance to stab him in the back before pushing the frontroom action. Would have solved my charm problem too. Take another partial action here.

Inigo. Giggles is ahead of you in the initiative count. He moves into the front room and mostly peacably through your allies into the hallway. Charging will not be possible. You may pursue, but you may be blocked from reaching Giggles depending on what Darthen and Jeorik do. You have to move past them in the hallway. Or seeing the half-orc leave you may retcon the entire action.
Jeorik will let him pass. On his initiative turn, as Jeorik allows the others in front of him, he will sheathe his sword and draw out his bow so he can act to cover those choosing to take a front line stance.
As Inigo moves toward the door to follow the half-orc, Keliwyn eyes the door next to the trough. After a moments hesitation and a peak back toward Inigo's direction, he moves to that door and takes a peak.
Inigo's charge turns into a twisting pursuit as he follows the hulking half-orc. He thrusts Heather aside and brushes past his companions in the hall. The Fist of Azmodeus catches up just as the half-orc steps into the eastern room. He brings his mace crushingly down on the back of Giggle's head. The half-orc crumples to the ground.

Beyond the door is a large room. Directly to the door's right is a large cistern. Noone is easily visible, although Keliwyn can hear shouting clearly. Yargin and the other voice.
New pictures showing the eastern room will be on their way tonight.

Keliwyn:
A quick look over Keliwyn's shoulder shows him that the kids have not obeyed him. They've nipped out the loading dock doors. I assume you'll walk in until you can see around the big water tank.
Entering the room through either door the ceiling above is about 8 feet high. Columns support the edge of the low part. Five feet from the door the ceiling rises to 15'. Rounding the tank the elf sees a line of children around the door by which his companions are entering. The smaller kids are armed with 6'flat paddles; 3 larger ones are armed with long knives. Yargin is attempted to rise as he scrambles back through his allies' line.
Keliwyn can also see something else that the others can't:
Spoiler:
The low ceiling near the doors is actually a catwalk along the western walls of the room. On it above your friends' door are three more kids armed with the paddles.
Keliwyn spot check DC 13
Spoiler:
The "kid" in J11 is actually a gnome, threatening to feed the kids to the dog unless they fight. He's armed with a dagger.
Everyone else :
As you enter the room you are ringed by a row of small opponents. Lamm's Lambs, who Yargin and someone else are urging the kids to fight, cursing and threatening to feed them to the dog if they don't. Even as he urges the children to fight, Yargin tries to scramble through their line.

Other notes: The big cylinder between the doors is a wooden water tank. K10 and 11 are a hole in the floor. A ladder at the east end of K10 leads down.
Unfortunately, it seems like forever since I've had a decent roll on Inv Castle.
Keliwyn streaks down the back of the row of children to engage one near the far end J11 , who falls back slightly under the weight of Keliwyn's blows and unleashes a string of curse quite profound for one so apparently young.
For those who made their last spot checks
Spoiler:
The gnome in J11 seems furious that his disguise has been penetrated.
Note; The 6' paddles or "spoons" some kids wield are of size and weight similar to quarterstaffs.
Darthen, you're up. Inigo, there's plenty of targets. Yargin goes before you and he's retreating, so unless Darthen pins him down, you can assume you make an attack on someone else. Or wait to see how it goes with Darthen. Jeorik, you'll have to wait a bit.
OK. Nearest, least armoured is a kid. Roll me a d20. One is a bad result.
Inigo steps over the body of the fallen half-orc and strides smoothly toward the nearest staff armed kid. Fear is etched into the kid's face as he sees the inevitably approaching doom. A pitiful attempt to parry is swept aside as the mace punches through the kid's ribcage. The kid collapses.
Infuriated at his initial quarry using the kids as a shield Darthen focuses on Yargin. At the kids he yells, "You little rats get outta here before this fool kills you all."
"Inigio, what the hell do you think you are doing. They are kids for gods sake. Take out the ones issuing the orders and these will scatter."
The map you sent didn't have a grid so I am a little lost. I didn't mark it all down. Oh wait a sec I will download the module from my account area and look at it. That should take me a few minutes, If Darthen is unable to reach Yargin because of kids, etc then I will revise his action. For now my action is...
Darthen moves to intercept Yargin to prevent him from escaping. Maybe with the wortless scum engaged the kids will lose their will and flee. As he closes in on his prey he opens with a quick piercing attack aimed at Yargin's mid section. "I can tell by his unbalanced stance he is no fighter. His orc and kids do his dirty work. A quick decisive strike should bring him down."

Yeah, I got a little lazy and didn't draw grid lines. The word doc has grid coordinates lettered but no lines.

Darthen squeezes past Inigo into the room, intent on pursuing the backwards scrambling Yargin. Two steps past the door a pair of jaws closes on his ankle. Surprised by the pain, he kicks out on his next step and shakes the dog loose. Dog's AoO 2 hp damage to Darthen. You may refocus your attack on the dog if you wish. You will reach Yargin if you continue in your previous post. Wicht, after Darthen the bad guys will strike back before Jeorik's up. You may post Jeorik anytime or wait to see the fallout from Darthen and the bad guys. I'll take care of the bad guys roll-a-rama tonight.
Keliwyn runs down the line of kids to attack one in J11. Keliwyn to K12. Keliwyn is beset by 3 kids who move to encircle him; the one starting in J12 slips a dagger in under his guard yielding a minor cut. (2 hp) Kelwiyn's opponents end in J11, J12 and K13. To Kelwyns left, K9 and K10 are cutout in the floor. Row L is the last row.
Darthen through door AoO'ed on his way to Yargin by dog for 2 hp. Darthen may redirect his attack to the dog or stay on Yargin.
Either way Darthen can push into I9 as Yargin is leaving it. The dog goes for Darthen again, its jaws snapping shut on empty air.
A staff comes hurling down from above to strike Darthen a glancing blow in the shoulder. (1 hp) Another clatters to the floor beside him. Glancing upward, he sees three kids on the catwalk which forms the low ceiling in column 8. One still has his paddle. All start running north.
Inigo goes to H10 and bashes a kid. The kid in I12 engages Inigo; his dagger scrapes along the gleaming breastplate without effect.
As he bites through the pain from the dog attack. He is suddenly hit in the head with a large wooden paddle. Wincing as his vision explodes into a rainbow of colors he yells while ducking and weaving, "Damn it, I told you to get outta here!" Ignoring the pain in his leg and the splitting headache he forces his way closer to Yargin.

A quick thrust from Darthen's short sword puts Yargin down.

Jeorik groans at the pandemonium going on beyond the door.
"Dont hurt the Kids!" he yells as he draws a bead on Yargin and looses an arrow at the already injured man.
Keliwyn tries to strike at the gnome, again, but the kids hamper him from getting in a solid strike. At the same time, he yells out, "Drop the gnome, the kids will flee!"

Thanks to Keliwyn's warning, the others may make spot or search checks at +4 against DC 11.
Spoiler:
The "kid" in J12 is actually a gnome.
I've been having the same trouble, and I think I've been making a lot more rolls than you. You can try the "dicebag" on d20srd.org . I don't need verifiable results.
His blade slides easily into Yargin. Not a second later an arrow sails noiselessly past his ear and buries itself in Yargins chest to its feathers. A quick glance back confirms it was Jeorik. A nod of thanks for not hitting him while in combat. Suddenly Keilwyn yells to stop a Gnome. A quick look around and he sees the little devil wielding a toothpick size dagger. He moves and turns to face the small child like man. Another quick strike while his attention is diverted.
Inigo and Darthen both make a rush for the gnome. A kid strikes Inigo with a paddle as he passes, momentarily hobbling the man. Darthen reaches the gnome first and his blade bites deeply. The gnome falls on his side clutching the wound, begging for mercy. The fall probably saved him because Inigo's mace stroke whistles over his head. Or did Inigo pull the stroke?
Surrounded by enemies, Keliwyn parries and slashes, but one knife gets past his guard, opening a long gash on his forearm. 2 hp from K13 J11 also continues fighting.
With the gnome's surrender, most of the kids lower their weapons. The kids in J8 and J9 have fled into the corner.
"That's enough!" shouts Jeorik, trying to get the rest of the children to stop fighting. Jeorik glances over at Inigo hoping the devilish priest does not force the issue.
"We are not here to hurt you," Jeorik continues, "we are looking for a man named Lamm. We are here to bring him to justice. We don't want to hurt any children!"
Cross-posted with Keliwyn, then crashed when I tried to edit. My last post should read like this:

After Keliwyn, Darthen, and Jeorik call for surrender:
After the gnome's surrender, the kids lower their weapons. The kids in J8 and J9 have fled into the corner.
The dog fights on. It's short hair, wedge-like face, size, and black and brown mottled coat show indicates a terrier-German shepard. And it's inherited more than its share of "gameness" It continues to lunge for Darthen's leg.
Wicht, maybe you want to retcon your action to call for surrender and shoot it.
Another arrow covers the distance between Jeorik and the dog, flying smoothly between the other entities in the room.
"One of you grab that gnome so he can answer a few questions!" shouts Jeorik as he sees the kids leaving, half expecting the short gnome to do the same.

Jeorik's second arrow finishes the beast, which slumps to the ground with a whimper.
With the fighting died down, Heather comes in and collects her nephew Nikhil, one of the kids who ran into the corner.
OK, you've got a gnome captive and 5 other kids. What next?
After the kids scatter, Keliwyn plops to the ground. He grabs his side, and with blood trickling through his fingers, he nods toward the hole in the floor and mutters, "I'm feeling a little light-headed. Anyone else care to take a look?"
The ladder through the hole next to Keliwyn drops a scant five feet to a boardwalk that runs under the perimeter of the building. The surface of the river is 2 or 3 feet below that. You can just make out the lower jamb of a door . [the door would enter L8]
Billzabub, in case you missed my discussion thread post. Radavel and Wicht are out til the weekend. TheOcho begins vacation Saturday and will be busy til then. Let's delay further play until Monday.
Ready when you all are. We are out combat/initiative, for a while at least.
Funny or pathetic? Radavel, I knew you were roughly 12 hours out of time-sync, but just assumed you were behind. Of course the Phillipines are on the other side of the dateline. You're actually ahead of me. What a dope.
