Semi-functional.

Insects meet insects as Levana calls on the spirits to demolish the scarab swarms. Tougher than she imagined, her spirits cannot bypass the swarm carapaces.

Levana's call on her spirit allies is much more successful this time around. Both swarms suffer as another set of insects devour them, greatly reducing their numbers. S2 in particular is barely holding on. Levana herself vanishes from sight.

Well, yes. The sigh was more about the dazed-almost-the-entire-fight bit. And I probably still have as many or more surges left as most of the party starts with, so I can take it -- yay, CON-based Defender!

Levana abruptly reappears and wreaks destruction on her foes. Now bloodied, the zephyr is toppled unceremoniously backwards into a vat with the remaining swarm also forced back into the fungal tub it emerged from.
