Society games work a bit different..so a recap of what you found isn't really needed.
It is assumed you sell/give everything you found to the society and in return you get money/favors worth gold and you use that to buy what ever you want (limited by your total amount of fame). In case you want to keep something you found you basically have to spend gold to buy it back.
Tomorrow I'll send out the chronicle which will show you how much total gold you found and what items you have access to.
I'll start the Confirmation up the day after that to give you some time to shop for stuff/tweak your character if needed.

when you say you will send out the chronicle, what does that mean? Is it a downloadable file, a link, posted on the forum here?
never done a PFS via pbp before.

What! My XP not good enough for you or something!? lol
Revy, do you need us to post any purchasing or selling for you, or you want us to just fill out the tracking sheet accordingly?
I have my sights set on a masterwork composite longbow, but I curious on a general ruling. Masterwork quality must be paid at item creation, but core rulebook doesn't specify that the strength enhancement does. Does this mean: if I purchase a masterwork composite longbow, I can pay 100gp anytime to add +1 strength? Or when upgrading from masterwork longbow +1 strength to a +2 strength, the +1 must be sold at 1/2 cost and new +2 purchased at full price?
I'm trying to figure out from a financial point, should I wait until I can afford a +2 (my str mod is +2) since I can only a afford a +1 at the moment; or can I buy the +1 str now and just pay the 100gp later to "tighten" the drawstring to a +2 str?

I'm fine as long as you keep track of your own inventory sheet and update what you bought in your profile. If your planning on buying something really weird it would be nice to know about it before hand..but I don't think that will happen with the amount of gold you got right now.
Also keep in mind that your limited by fame in what you can buy.
And as far as I know you can't add an extra strength later, same goes for special materials. Only things that can be upgraded as far as I know are:
-magical bonuses (+1, flaming, defending, ect.) And this can't be done to "named" magic items
-Once make 1 item masterwork (by using a spell to do so)
-Cast continual light on 1 item (by using a spell)
