Pathfinders,

I'm looking for a few players to run through the entire Carrion Crown (RotR) Adventure Path (AP) for Pathfinder Core credit. If possible, I'd like to have a "traditional" party that generally follows the [combat, divine, arcane, skills] motif.

If you stick with it, you will get PFS chronicle sheets for playing. Since this is being done as CORE, only the core rulebook, web traits, and the Carrion Crown Player's Guide are allowed for PC creation.

A bit about Carrion Crown: Amid the mists of this land of dark superstition and dread secrets stand both those who would defy the return of evil and those who would seek its terrible favor. Can the heroes discern their allies from their enemies in time to save a tortured realm from a tyrant’s return? Pathfinder’s darkest and most frightening campaign ever sets the heroes against the agents of Golarion’s most notorious villain, the Whispering Tyrant, in a terrifying trek across a land of lurking horror and ancient mysteries.

Who wants to play?

Yet again, thanks! (How many times have I said thanks now? 5, I think.)

i would like to join ill work on a character

Silver Crusade

Sure Riuk. PFS Core rules. 20 point buy. No evil alignments. Etc.

kk i will try to have a character ready by tomorrow thanks for letting me in ^_^

Silver Crusade

Happy to have you play.

So far it's Thistlebane, mcruggiero, Dolgarth, and Riuk. We have room for one more.

do the other players know what they are going to use? i was leaning toward a rouge

I was probably going to go Bard. I have Barbarian as a back-up option. I'm honestly happy with either but I have more experience as a bard.

Sovereign Court

I would like to join up myself, was thinking of making a swashbuckler but will make whatever the group truly needs. What is everyone else playing?

Liberty's Edge

Dwarven Ranger who is actually Harsk's dead brother under a different name. Nah, just a Dwarven Ranger who has nothing to do with Harsk. Hates undead with a burning passion after having to wear Gravesoul Armor for a year.

Silver Crusade

@Roidrage: Swashbucklers are not available in CORE PFS. Core Rulebook only!

Liberty's Edge

@Roidrage
I would suggest something versatile that can heal. Maybe a cleric or a druid? Not up to me, of course.

Right, with Ranger, Rogue and Bard, we would be short on Arcane and Divine.

Liberty's Edge

Uh oh, I can't actually tell if that's sarcasm or not. I'm just saying that we have no full casters, who are incredibly useful.

Hi there, too late to join?

Could play an elven conjurer. Or a half Orc cleric.

Cheers,

Shalin.

Ps - what are the posting commitments like, for this table specifically and in general?

i have been thinking and i will actually play a cleric, i have not played a core only game in....ever lol bedsides a few hours, so i need to ask is multi classing ok in core?

if so i wanted to take two levels in ranger and the rest would be cleric

edit

i would begin as a cleric any way ^_^

Dotting.
I will update when I get home

Will this be open to new players or are you looking for exp. players only

Sovereign Court

No problem with the core, will post up my character in a little bit. Debating druid or wizard.

Silver Crusade

Dolgarth, Thislebane wasn't being sarcastic or sardonic. I know him IRL, and he's a super-nice guy. I think you and he were actually saying the same (or similar) things in different ways.

Roidrage, probably Wizard. mcruggiero is going with a druid.

Shalin, Ivan, and OldSmith: I think we're full up! We have: 1) Thistlebane, 2) mcruggiero, 3) dolgarth, 4) Riuk, and 5) Roidrage.

I just don't have the wherewithal to create a "Table 3" for an AP. Sorry. :-(

> Ps - what are the posting commitments like, for this table specifically and in general?

Try to post 2-to-3 times a day on weekdays and once a day on weekends. Let everyone know if/when you'll be traveling or otherwise unavailable for posts so the GM can 'bot' your character--that way the party isnt waiting days for your post.

Thank you, everyone, for your interest in this game! I'm sorry we don't have the room to take all of you.

Liberty's Edge

It's okay, I didn't think it was mean sarcasm anyway, if at all. Sarcasm is a healthy way of doing stuff a lot of the time, I should know because I love sarcasm. And come to think of it, we probably were saying the same things.

Yeah, sorry about that if it came across as sarcastic. I agree with you completely that full casters are something to be looking for.

I try to avoid sarcasm in online gaming settings because a mistake in tone can mean the dwarf totally licks the strange fungus when it was actually supposed to be a joke.

EDIT:
I am good with the posting commitments.

ok defiantly with a fire them cleric of Sarenrae I have just read the gods stuff and it seems awesome and id I can take the two levels of ranger fave enemies would be undead ^_^

are drawbacks allowed in CORE? if not I can still take two traits right? one from the Carrion Crown and one from the web traits

Silver Crusade

We won't be using drawbacks in this AP. You are welcome to take two traits.
