...who, speaking of which, took that power first thing. I don't know about the range (it has yet to be a real issue for me), but that statblock is indeed precisely the one I use as the baseline.

I'm going to revise my assessment. I rechecked the wording and had missed "from the ground" like the Bones mystery power. In this case, I would give it a range of Close (25 + 5/2 levels) and it is more like summon monster in that sense.

This character has JUST been freed up after an adventure that took MUCH too long for the payoff, and consequently, she is still 1st-level.

@Maria: Here's a tip for you: It's better overall to actually roll your Day Job rolls than take 10, as the payoff schema subtly incentivises doing so since the amount of money you stand to lose on a bad roll is always less than the amount you stand to gain from a good roll, relative in either case to what you'd get for taking 10 (for example, if your modifier is +10, you get 20 gp if you take 10, but if you roll, the worst you can get is 5 gp - a 15 gp difference - but the best you can get is 75 - a 55 gp difference!).

Holy water and positive energy hurt it. It's a disease (don't eat it or stay in prolonged contact with it) that drives you insane.
