|I'm Hiding In Your Closet|
Sooo...having a bit of trouble deciding who to go with. What do the rest of you think would be a good idea?
I seem to be out of appropriately-leveled arcane mages at the moment.
Say no more.

Jack is my 'replacement' for Imojin, since she hit 3rd level in the last game.
Dear all, really sorry. A crisis came up at work this week and things are a bit crazy right now. I just got home from a 16hr day today, and things don't look like they will improve just yet. I believe the situation will improve past this weekend. Please bot me freely. By default, he'll fire his wand of magic missile.
Shalendra, I appreciate your help with my chronic attack roll deficiency!
That's what she does. Makes the enemies easier to hit, and hit her friends less. I think the crossbow attack with this fight was the first time she actually used a weapon to attack.
Only because I know you all care, the chronic dice deficiency Faust has been infected with has spread to two of my other characters! Who needs to roll above a 3, AMIRIGHT?!?!?!
I don't really have a way if controlig or even really accessing the horse. Anyone have idea about it or are we just going to try and take the goblin down?
Ah, I was under the impression that we would have to stealth up or something. I'd still prefer to kill the goblin. If he runs away, who knows what will happen?
Those climb checks are pretty steep for me too... I have rope and a grappling hook, but that is far from discreet. I don't trust the stairs, but that might be our best option from this side.
While Faust couldn't care less if some people get turned into stew, I'd imagine he has the minority opinion of the party, which means walking around to the front would be very risky for any captives' health.
What are everyone's thoughts on our approach?
Get well soon GM!
Uh...OOOKAAAYYY! Google Docs seems to have decided it doesn't like me! First it was the game I'm DMing, now it's this here. Anyone else having trouble?
No trouble with it on my end. I can move you if you like! Can you still view it?
EDIT: I'm going to wait for that sleep to go off and then go from there.
Why does this fight tend to cause a TPK? Granted we didn't give them much of a chance to do their thing, but it didn't seem like anything extraordinary was at play for our levels.
My guess: the bugbear is holding a falchion (Lamashtu's favored weapon) and has just enough damage to gank a PC with a crit?
Actually, I would like to take back my Day Job roll and instead try finalizing a report as per the Season 8 Grand Lodge Faction Objective.
Wisdom check DC 15: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
folio reroll: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
The exciting world of bureaucracy. It matches my personality....
craft(paper sculptor), masterwork tools, crafter's fortune: 1d20 + 10 + 2 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 10 + 2 + 5 = 24
Using my reroll:
craft(paper sculptor), masterwork tools, crafter's fortune, GM Star: 1d20 + 10 + 2 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 10 + 2 + 5 + 1 = 35
Sorry would be away for a short vacation til 18 Mar, Sun. Still have access to Internet but posting might be slow. Please bot where necessary.
