Those are all the free sources I know of:
Any PF2e monster on the Archive of Nethys.
Second Contact from last year's Free RPG Day is a mini alien archive.
Battle for Nova Rush, this year's Free RPG Day, the PDF is now available.
Not free sources:
Any of the playtest adventures.
Wheel of Monsters has the most if you need them for a 10th-level adventure.
Since the Alien Core book is not out, any of the SF2e adventures or scenarios as they come out will have to have stats in them.
Make your own using PF2e Monster Tool.

Legend thanks mate. I didn’t know there was a monster maker!

only problem with using pf2e creature is that non of them have tech trait or equipment
so anything cause glitch are less useful
A well-dressed goblin merchant enters the room.
"If they have brains and limbs that can hold things, I'm more than happy to sell them as many high-tech weapons as they can afford, actually, as long as someone is paying, I don't care where the credits come from.
There are plenty of creatures in Starfinder not affected by glitching. It's not hard to make sharks with laser beams attached to their heads.
Lethea lets out a breathy squeal. “Oh, my! Is that a laser
cannon strapped to the back of that defrex, Quell?”
“Sure is, Lethea! Special thanks to Zeizerer Munitions for
the extra firepower!”

Take any creatures in PF2e, give it the tech and construct trait, give it construct immunities/weaknesses you now have a robot version of that creature. If you want to be more sneaky, make it the Android version of that creature, West World style, so the PCs don't know it's constructed when they first encounter it.

In a similar vein, you can get a fair amount of mileage out of PF2E NPCs by adding an appropriate ranged attack of their level. Stuff like melee attacks and armor you can leave as is; PF2E/SF2E are built top-down rather than bottom-up, so you can fill in the more science fantasy weaponry and armor after the fact without issue.

I started looking at PF2e creatures' traits in the Monster Core, and how they would fit into Starfinder. Since I'm looking at entire groupings of traits and not individual creatures, this is just a general idea of how they could be used.
Aberration are pretty much aliens to the material plane, so they work great as interplanetary aliens as well.
Animal, beast random encounters outside of cities, city pests (sewer rats), Things that are hunted in lower tech areas, possibly pets or animal companions. Could be upgraded to uplifted to gain higher intelligence and use tech equipment and weapons.
Construct Not all constructs would have the tech trait, a construct could be created wiht magical or pure mechanical means, but easy to add the tech trait if you wanted to.
Dragon Likely to be the CEO of a corporation in SF2e or working under a dragon that is.
Elemental works the same in PF2e or SF2e
Fey Add SF2e equipment to upgrade them to SF2e. Might not be needed if they have ranged spells.
Fungus, and plant Works the same PF2e or SF2e
Huminoids Add SF2e equipment to upgrade them to SF2e. This applies to any creature that has humanoid-like arms and intelligence; most of the traits I didn't list fall into this category.
ooze Much like Animal, and beast, just stranger.
Undead If it won't die, it's still around. If it's intelligent, it might have citizenship in some places or run reality TV shows on the infosphere.

Just as the title says really. I’m ready to roll out a campaign for my group but wondering how I can access enemy stat sets? Am I going to be reskinning pathfinder stuff?
I’ve been able to make my own my taking actions from other monsters off the starfinder nexus. And pathfinder has ALOT of wacky monsters that can double as space creatures.

I have nothing to add on the sources, but you will have to be a bit choosy. Between the Ranged Meta, Class design and Weapon design, there is a number of difference. That can make classes feel weak or cause a TPK.
They did adress writing Alien Core, and I have some experiences from Cosmic Birthday. I try to remember it all:
- be carefull with high Reflex creatures. Something like a Soldier would be utterly nerfed
- stuff needs either flying, a ranged attack or a really good reason for the PC to stay. Or they will kite it to death.
- As martials can throw Fire, Cold, Electrical and Sonic Damage, they could be much freer with energy weaknesses
- few resistance and especially no hardness on lower levels. Guns without second damage die can roll to low to scratch a Animated Statue. Especially if it is PL+2
- be carefull with things that react to PF2 only stuff. We don't have Sanctification options in SF2. And not even Holy Water. So don't throw anything with "Regeneration (Holy)" against your PCs. Barely any weapon will count as magical, so ghosts require the anti-ghost module.
- having both Piercing and Fire Resitance or Immunity can be really bad.

These are really good practical notes that resemble my experiences as well!
The point about elemental weaknesses is huge. A Mine Mechanic can deal any damage type they want on the fly, while an Elemental Mystic can do that for your whole party.
