Just as the title says really. I’m ready to roll out a campaign for my group but wondering how I can access enemy stat sets? Am I going to be reskinning pathfinder stuff?

I’ve been able to make my own my taking actions from other monsters off the starfinder nexus. And pathfinder has ALOT of wacky monsters that can double as space creatures.

Just wanted to chime in and say it is perfectly ok to say the drawings are not your taste, but I will confirm again that we do not condone the use of AI in our company and do not use it.

Thank you for the confirmation. I primary stick with you all at Paizo because of a strong commitment to the quality of your products and the sheer diversity of your characters. I want to be very clear that I was voicing a concern and not leveling an accusation. I could take the time to discuss how much I love the works in the rest of the book and the galaxy guide, but we would be here all day. Thank you for your response, and I hope GenCon goes smoothly!

Edit: my autocorrect had confirmation as confrontation and thats not what I wanted to say at all lol

Over all I don't find most of them too bad to complain about, but I will say rather disappointed with the Android on 42,

I can't I'm happy with the Skittermander on 72, don't wanna accuse anyone of anything though, just not to my taste I guess. The one on 92, honestly I love that one.

It wasn't an accusation more of a 'to me this is what it looks like' but I don't want to aim that accusation at them. The one from 92 is in the playtest and she is SOOOOO cute I just don't know why they gave her a snout and not the flat face she had in early art.

Hey y'all, this is my first post here, I have been a DM and player for a few years now and I truly love the books and all the wonderful love and care that goes into them. I don't mean this in a harsh way, but compared to the art in the galaxy guide and the playtest book, does the art in the official player core look off to anyone else? I mostly mean the art for the ancestries. Everything beyond classes looks great, but everything before that is wildly inconsistent or a noticeable drop in quality from the previous 2 book. It's not the end of the world, but I just wanna make sure that I am not losing my marbles.

Here are the page numbers for example: The vesk on page 40, the android on 42, the humans on 50 and 52 (side note, really odd to remove the black human from the playtest to include 2 white humans.), The Kasatha on 54 (have they ever been this fleshy looking?), the ysoki on 78 looks unfinished and flat compared to the one on 80, and time for my biggest issue the Skittermanders.

What happened to them? They tweaked them slightly in the playtest book to be these really cute and kawaii looking space gremlins and I loved them so much. Now, they have snouts but only sometimes and the one on 72 looks so off model and I hate to say this AI generated. The teeth are not consistent, the ears are both different shapes, the fur looks chopped in several places, and overall it looks terrible. Like it was a traced over or cleaned up AI generated image. The art for the influencer one on page 92 looks really off too, the snout and eyes are just really different and not in a cute way.

I will say the Pathra got a strong increase in quality and I love the drawings on 62 and 64.

Is it just me or does anyone else notice this too?
