A number of demon and devils are creatures that stems from contents under the OGL (3.5e), thus is not and will not be reprinted some in the future. These are the list of 2e demons and devils removed due to OGL (may not include everything, but should have most of them)
Demon:
- Babau (Blood Demon)
- Balor (Fire Demon)
- Glabzeru (Treachery Demon)
- Hezrou (Toad Demon)
- Invidiak (Shadow Demon)
- Marilith (Pride Demon)
- Nabasu (Gluttony Demon)
- Nalfeshnee (Boar Demon)
- Quasit, though this one is kinda rolled into one into imps which has altered lore.
- Vrock (Wrath Demon)
Devils:
- Barbazu (Bearded Devil), though replaced with Vordine who occupy the same niche.
- Cornugon (Horned Devil)
- Erinys (Fury Devil), though this one is a bit unclear since it has mythological origin.
- Gelugon (Ice Devil)
- Hamatula (Barbed Devil)
- Osyluth (Bone Devil)

And, of course, they're all still extant in the game if you use premaster bestiaries. Swap their alignment for Unholy, drop the evil damage from their strikes, and they should be mostly good out of the box.
That's something I intend to do, mostly because these OGL demons and devils are some of my faves ... and I love saying their names.
Paizo gave the shadow demon a name too cool not to say. Invidiak.

If you're talking about the Half-Demons sidebar, that was in the Bestiary 2, and most of the sidebars in Monster Core are from the first bestiary.
...Oh. Bet there will be demon-themed book again
Demons are living incarnations of sin—be they classic sins like wrath or gluttony, or more “specialized” depravities like an obsession with torture or the act of treason or treachery.
But why succubus uncommon?

They have Dominate, an uncommon spell, four levels earlier than it can normally be cast, and they can spam Suggestion at-will with close to the effective DC of a regular caster. If I had to guess, uncommon is probably to get them off the summoning list.

I'm somehow comfused how the "balor" is a dnd ogl thing seeing as it's almost an exact copy of tolkien's balrog.
Welcome to copyright law. It's stupid.
Grumbles aside, it's probably because despite being a transparent lift, it's still technically an original monster and therefore falls under the OGL's domain.

If you use Balor outside the OGL, WotC/Hasbro has legal grounds to sue you.
Now, the owners of Balrog might try and sue WotC/Hasbro for the Balor, but in the meantime, Balor belongs wholly to the OGL.

Balor issue thematically solved already
Yeah. While we can't use a vrock anymore, we CAN use a "wrath demon". So expect us to over time have thematic replacements for things like vrocks and nalfeshnees and nabasus and hezrous and glabrezus. Sorta like how the Monster Core replaces the balor with the vrolikai.
