Any strategies to make drawing and consuming a potion 1 action?
Also could someone link me the cost of potions by level.
The Potion Patch is certainly the best way to do it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Elixirs (for reasons...).

I don't think there is a table apart from the full list of potions. Use the table for scrolls. The prices line up.

Just keep a potion in hand before an encounter starts. That way your first single action can be to drink it. Simple.
If you have no need of a weapon or other item, you can even walk into battle with two potions, one in each hand, and drink them both down as your first two actions.
If you have a familiar you can use your last action to have it retrieve and feed you a third potion.
If you want elixirs, I think there is a collar for that.

Feeding a potion is activating an item which familliars can't do.

Gloves of storing. Just bribe your gm to get some.
The remaster version of this is a belt I think. There's also a greater version that can hold up to 3 items, though you can only retrieve one per minute. Still great for some flexibility.

I wonder if moving it from the glove slot to the belt slot was a nerf or not...
GM core page 294 for the curious. Still uncommon so keep that bribe ready. Scales up to 3 and then 10 items with higher level versions with a 1 minute cd per use.
