To disable the Adagio/Allegro trap, it says it takes Crafting, Acrobatics or Performance (2 successes), or a single attack, yet in the Challenge adjustments it says "Disabling the trap with Acrobatics, Crafting, or Performance requires three successful checks."
Does this mean it makes Crafting go from one success to three? Or should it just be one additional check, which is what I think they meant to say.
DC 26 Crafting (trained) to create beautiful flying objects to complement the paper birds; DC 28 Acrobatics or DC 25 (21 if using a flute) Performance (trained) to perform along with the flute and paper birds (requires two successes); or one successful attack roll against the invisible Mehryar (AC 25, DC 25 Perception to determine Mehryar’s location)

My personal opinion after reading the CP scaling sidebar is that, despite the unfortunate placement of the semicolon in the hazard's stat block, the number of successes is intended to encompass all the Disable skill checks, in total. In other words: without CP scaling, the party needs 2 successes and at certain CP the scaling increases this to 3 successes, but the successes can come from rolling any of {Crafting, Acrobatics, Performance} and do not all have to be in the same skill.

I have a question for "Tea with Safa": If the PCs use this, do they get the full bonus as if they had a full night's sleep? So magic classes get their spell slots back, etc.? Do I understand this correctly: They then spend an hour in Safa's palace, only a few seconds pass on the material plane, but they feel so relaxed as if they had actually slept 8 hours.

Yea my understanding is they get a full night's rest, regaining spells.
The potion Chaliz gives functions mechanically like a barkskin potion but instead of bark it looks like stone, in this case flint, to fit with the elemental earth connection. I picked flint specifically since barkskin give weakness to fire and flint can crack and explode if rapidly heated

Question for talking with Farah Al-Saleel. On page 13 in terms of how Farah reacts to the amount of Respect Points the PCs earn it says:
"If the PCs earn fewer Respect Points than half the
number of PCs, Farah demands her revenge and uses her
first 2 actions in combat to smash Rayyan’s seal before
fighting any Pathfinders who attack her, then departing.
If the PCs earned a number of Respect Points that is
at least half the number of PCs but fewer than the total
number of PCs, Farah agrees to leave Rayyan’s fate to
trial by combat, and her lost resolve reduces her HP by
20 (30 for levels 5–6). If the Pathfinders earn
successes equal to their number or greater,
Farah relents and allows the PCs to
claim Rayyan’s seal."
On page 12 it seems to indicate that the PCs can earn up to 4 Respect points. 2 Respect Points for persuading Safa to be diplomatic, and another 2 Respect Points for a Critical Success on the Check to Reason with Farrah.
Based on this Reading it seems that Farrah would only ever surrender outright to a group of four PCs. Is that the correct interpretation, or is each PC supposed to be able to attempt a check to reason with Farrah, allowing parties to get beyond only 4 respect points?

My understanding is it's following the model that each PC can attempt the check and can get a result of -1, 0, 1 or 2 respect points based on their level of success. So a party of 6 PCs would need 6 respect points to end the combat non-violently and would need an average result of 1 success per PC to get there.

I ran this twice at OGC over the weekend and I will be running it at GenCon for another five sessions. I had a really fun time with this scenario, but now I have questions about A3. How do you resolve a game of Kingmaker in this encounter? Is it separate from actual combat and able to be resolved on a board? In one of my sessions, I made it almost like a game of life size chess where Chaliz is commanding his two minions and one player began commanding the rest of the party. The players quickly tripped the ruffians and Chaliz admitted defeat with his pathetic criminal minions.

For kingmaker it's left to gm discretion I think. The main thing is the PCs need to lose to help Chaliz get around fasiels order so as long as they figure that out they can throw the game so no roll necessary.
I have for players that were interested in putting on a show let them roll deception or gaming lore etc so they can make it look like they tried to win, but letting Chaliz "best" them is what's important.
