2 Weeks tomorrow since I decided to subscribe to the Lost Omens line and my book sits in a side cart. Everyone is reviewing the book, but not me.

Same thing happened when Dark Archive came out. Tried to start a subscription to the rule book line, went to Gen Con, a week after the book came out without any information of where I stood, everyone around me reading their Dark Archive but not me. Eventually I cancelled the order.

Are we as customers allowed to get angry about this? I love Pathfinder, I love the writing, but I am starting to think that maybe Paizo does not care about me.

It is inconceivable to me that if someone subs to a product line, that they do not receive their items in a time frame that would make the customer feel rewarded for creating this long term relationship.

Starfinder Superscriber

If you sub to a product line they will ship whatever's sidecarted to you on the next scheduled ship date, which will be mid-September. They processed subscriptions for August near the beginning of the month and you probably just barely missed the cutoff. Because Lost Omens Travel Guide has already gone out, if you want it today you'd need to order it directly.

So no, I don't think you're "allowed" to get angry about this in the sense that it's working as intended.

When you order a product it gives you the option of shipping immediately or waiting until the next subscription batch. You must not have selected immediate shipping. Best bet is to write an email to customer service or you’ll have to wait until September orders ship.

You get a free pdf, that is the perk for subscribing.

"Rewarded" with receiving it early/earlier is not and has never been a perk, nor has it ever been advertised as such.

I appreciate all of your replies. It looks like my shipping preferences and misunderstanding a release date caused much of my frustration.

Usually its a quick fix to get a side carted subscription kicked along by CS.

At the moment they are understaffed as they bring new CSRs on board and also swamped by GenCon and other dramas. So sadly, resolution may be delayed for you.
