Greetings Pathfinders, Starfinders, & Pathfinder Adventure Card Game enthusiasts!
I’m happy to announce Gameday XI. We will be having multi-tables specials as well as normal games of Pathfinder (both editions), Starfinder, and the Adventure Card Game. We welcome our regulars, new to play-by-post players, and new to society players.

As of today, signups are officially open! In order for your game to count, it must start on or after Sept 11, 2022 and end on or before November 20, 2022.
During this convention, we’ll also be offering several multi-table specials. A separate announcement will come soon.
An announcement about the Adventure Card Game will also follow soon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I sign up to GM?
First, you need to create your recruitment link. You may use a recruitment thread on a forum (note: on Paizo.com, you may not recruit in a discussion thread, only in a recruitment thread!), RPGchronicles, or your own google spreadsheet. Please be clear, whichever you choose, what recruitment method you are using. If you are using lottery or GM choice recruitment, please resolve your players promptly so that players know whether to sign up for another game or not.
Once you have your recruitment link, go to our Gameday website. and fill out the form there.
How many games can I sign up to GM?
While you may sign up to GM as many games as you choose, we strongly ask that you consider what you can reasonably handle while still providing a great experience for your players and completing all games within the given timeframe. Remember, life happens to the best of us, so please do not commit to maximum capacity.
If this will be your first time GMing PbP or you are still learning the ropes, we strongly recommend that you only do one game at a time. It’s more work than it looks.
What do you mean by scenario support?
Paizo will gift you the scenario that you wish to run — if you sign up by our deadline. You can apply for regular scenarios, PACS scenarios or even a module. Not included: APs, Emerald Spire or Thornkeep.
If you need scenario support, you must register your game by August 05, 2022.
What if I want to add a game as a GM after the August 05th Scenario Support Deadline?
That’s fine, you just need to provide your own copy of the adventure.
May I add a game after September 11, the official start of PBP Gameday X?
Yes, you may add a game after the official start of Gameday. You must still register your game through the GM Registration for tracking purposes as well as finish the game by the end of Gameday (Nov 20, 2022)
How do I sign up to play?
You may visit PbP Gameday Session List to look at the full list of sessions and their recruitment links.
Will there be boons for Players and GMs?
We expect to be able to offer boons for PFS1, and PACS plus increased AcP for PFS2 and SFS.
Can I participate if I am new to Play-by-Post?
Certainly! Just let your GMs and Players know. They’ll be glad to help. We also have plenty of resources available to help you prepare, reach out within the appropriate lodge so we know what you need.

If you wish to volunteer to GM one of the three Specials please fill out our Multi-Table Specials GM Registration
The Multi-table Specials will include:
PFS1E: Race for the Runecarved Key (Tier 1-12+) House GM Lady Ladile
PFS2: #3-98 Expedition into Pallid Peril (Tier 1-6) House GM Numbat
SFS: #4-99 A Time of Crisis (Tier 1-6) House GM and Author GM Dennis Muldoon)

Apologies for some confusion on this Gameday folks. We are attempting to help rebuild the PbPGameday recruitment site we used in the past and rebuild it to something we can use during Gameday.
Please be patient with the process as we are still working out a few kinks. I am working on getting a location field added into the Session Page so folks have a clearer idea where the games they are looking at are being ran.

Couple of questions/comments: 1. How can we edit our entries for Gameday? Both of my bounties are full and I'd like to denote that. 2. As a player, I wish there was a way to quickly see the games I've signed up for. 3. I know it's encouraged to have GMs run the lottery or select. This isn't possible with RPG Chronicles. There should be some sort of standard sign-up/interest form so this was possible. 4. There should be some way to organize the games. Like if I click "Scenario [tier]" it'll sort them alphabetically.
Last question: I tried to sign-up to GM Year 4 Intro and it was assigned Session ID 0 and is not showing up on the website. Is this a weird glitch? I received a confirmation email.

I signed up to GM the PF2 special, but due to surgery I'll be unavailable past October 24th. Does the special run the entire length of the gameday, or do you expect people to be done sooner? If not, feel free to delete my entry, as I won't be available past that date.
Also, I presume signups don't go via the gameday website? I only see regular scenarios on there.

I haven't seen the new PF2 special yet, but based on previous specials they generally have a planned runtime of 4.5 hours, which translates to 45 days in PbP. If the special is launching on September 11th, I would expect it to be done some time in late October, around the 25th or 26th. Obviously, that's subject to change, though, based on how the house does, and the new special may have different timing than the last few did.

The google doc was an entirely different system, and was appropriate for a different kind of convention. For this Gameday, we have returned to an older system we used, but are finding we need to make adjustments because of how our community has changed since we last used the website much.
I do not know if it will be possible to add sorting during the current convention, but it's on our wishlist. :)
Is the Starfinder Beginner Box not available on the signup site or is that the "Starfinder Demo Session"

Hi, how do I mark a table full please? My table 5 (Weapon in the Rift) is full up. I will offer a second table though, and will add it presently.

Let us know what you needed edited and we will get the information sent in for correction.
Session 6 and 9 have been sent in to be marked as full.
If you wish to run lottery and or interest form then I suggest a google form for interest, choose your players and then have them fill out RPG Chronicles.
I will speak with Ironhelixx on seeing if we can get some sort of filter on the Scenario Session Page as well.

Signups for the Specials will be on a google sheet due to the nature of it and assigning GM's. We will make sure to post the player sign ups everywhere we can for it once GM's submission has ceased and they have been notified.

The specials cut off for GM Registration will be 29 July 2022.
The GM's will be chosen and assigned tiers at this time over the weekend with all GM's notified by the end of the day on Monday 01 August 2022.
That will allow us to create a suitable player sign in roster that we can distribute the week of 01-05 August.
(We could also use some more 1E GM's for the Special so please sign into the registration if you would like to GM a multi-table special.)

Thank you for the clarification!
I'd love to GM, but as said, the end of October will be problematic for me. Put me last on the list of primary GMs, but if the special runs long, a backup GM might be good to relieve me when I'm high as a kite on painkillers. :) (Also said so in the sign-up)

Are there going to be restrictions on how many specials you can sign up for? I'm currently limiting my sign-ups since I'd like to play in both the SF and PF2 specials.
It will start out with the restriction of one either SFS or PFS2E for now and any whom wish to sign up for 1E Special can.
We will see where that gets us and give everyone a chance to sign up for a Special before we lift restrictions.

I would like to run Book of the Dead: March of the Dead.
I am guessing this isn't on the list because there isn't a way to gift the module, but I don't need that.
Options?
I have sent the list in to Jesse to update with March of the Dead as well as all the new scenarios for the Dark Archive book that was just sanctioned. Will let you all know once they are added in.
As Silbeg mentioned due to the nature of these books they will not receive scenario support and you will have to purchase the book yourself for the scenarios.

As promised below is the link for the Specials. Player Sign-ups are now open. Keep in mind for now you can only sign up for either the 2E or SFS Special. And all can sign up to play the 1E Special even if playing in the 2E or SFS Special. This restriction may be lifted later if we need to fill tables and everyone has been given a chance to sign up.
@GM's please create the links to your games for the specials and get them added into the spreadsheet so players know where to go and also so the House GM can finish compiling all their information.

Over the last few PbP Cons we generally only hold it back for a short period to give everyone a chance to sign up for the Specials. In the past folks signed up for both systems and those in Europe or elsewhere, or working weren't able to sign up for what they wanted due to being asleep.
After a few days we will open up that restriction so folks can sign up for both. It is one of the few gateways we have to control the chaos so those watching it don't immediately gobble up all the slots. It is a method to give everyone a fair and equal opportunity at the Specials.
We have a waitlist on each page they can certainly sign in with in the meantime until the restriction is lifted.

Hello Venture officers,
is there a page where those that GM the PFS1 or PFS2 or Starfinder special can have a discussion and align with the overseer?Or will that be created at a later point in time?
I sent an email to the GMs for the PFS2 special that included a link to the GM campaign. I believe Dennis did the same for the relevant SFS GMs.
