So my order finally updated...
My account showed 'payment declined' three times and there's no option to try again, but my bank is showing three valid payments for the amount going through.
I sent an email to customer service but without any luck so far. Does anyone know what might be going on??
EDIT: And their customer service line apparently is down for COVID and they only answer emails. :/

They moved to only emails a few months back and removed the forum.
Email CS, but the 'typical' answer to that issue is that your billing address in the system isn't identical to the banking information. The hold on the funds will typically roll off, but you are stuck until they do if it is actually holding the funds.
I have better luck with credit cards vs bank cards, but if that's not an option it I suggest making sure the billing address on the Paizo account is identical to whatever you have on your bank and Paizo can try to run it again if it really did not go through on their end.

Got my Book of the Dead PDF, but I did *not* get my PDF for the new AP volume. Not sure what's going on there.
Same here. Did a search in my downloads, but it's listed under a category "The following one product have been added to your account, but are not currently available for download:"
Weird. I'll email Customer Service, but figured you may want to know that someone else is dealing with the same thing.

That's wrong, though, because the addresses -are- correct.

So basically I'm screwed with getting my PDF on time, *and* on about $240 being stuck in hold until then? :(

We are aware of the issue that is occuring with the AP PDF and are working to get it fixed. Thank you for letting us know and for your patience :)
I sent an email to CS late last week and haven't had a response yet, how long does that usually take? I'm not sure what to do in my situation exactly.

I'm curious as a Battles Subscriber, why has my case not shipped, but other vendors have items from this case available?
I can't speak for Paizo, but will speak from my experience. Expect that Paizo is like other vendors. They get their shipment from Wizkids distribution and then send them out. Paizo though tends to get them around the same time they are shipping out their subscriptions, so they like to bundle them in the same process when possible.
This round and last round was like that. Also their warehouse team, while great, has to go through all of the subscription orders as well as the case orders pretty much at the same time.
For example, I just got shipping notice for my subscriptions, and the premiums I ordered. But my Case hasn't shipped yet. I know it will ship, but I have no idea when.
Hope we get them soon, chomping at the bit for them too.

yo tambien. Did get an awful tease of an e-mail from paizo CS... but it was just letting me know they updated to APG.

I had the opposite happen, got the AP PDF but not the BotD PDF. I was super stoked when I saw the email and then sad when it wasn't there. I just want my skellyman dang it lol

I was able to manually grant Book of the Dead pdfs to those subscribers missing it and I believe I successfully granted it to everyone who was missing them and had their book ship out! Of course please let me know if you are still missing pdfs :)
Mine isn't showing up yet.

Good times to be had this weekend. glad to see so many people getting them.
Still waiting for my battles case to ship, but my physical book of the dead should be arriving tonight too :D

The errata has been added to the FAQ page now.

I've just recently gotten my subscription shipped notification but haven't seen the pdf pop up, any assistance is very appreciated.

I got my shipment notice but the PDF for Book of the Dead is missing from my downloads, as well.
