Wow!
I just saw over in the August 2021 New Release and Subscription thread that Sara Marie just finished with the order generation a couple of hours ago and it is late at night now (I know because I am in the same time zone as the Paizo offices this time of year and it is after 1AM now). So, Sara Marie is really putting in those hours to deliver what we selfish customers have been demanding and I am sure she is not the only one putting in the late hours and extra effort.
The staff I have interacted with all these years, and especially these past several months as COVID ravaged the world and the world logistics crisis has been getting so much worse for businesses everywhere, have been real champs at jumping on fires and handled themselves like saints and bodhisatvas at handling crisis management for everyone; all the while getting the bad end of the stick in the complaints department when it comes to bearing the brunt of the blame from disgruntled customers here on the forums and even worse, I'm sure, over emails.
So, to Sara Marie, all the rest of the Paizo Customer Service staff, and the rest of those folks who we don't normally interact with, but spend so much time keeping stuff running like Scotty and all the other red shirts in the warehouse and the engine room, including that guy making coffee over in the corner - I know I only see a tiny bit of what you do, but I want you to know that I see it; I see it and I appreciate it. WE appreciated it. Your subscribers and fans see it; maybe not all of us and maybe not everything you do. But, we do appreciate YOU. THANK YOU! Even if we don't know the name of every department or employee. ;) :)
