I just want to have a moment of appreciation for the CS and warehouse teams that have a monumental task in front of them, that of organizing and shipping so many items over the next several weeks. I can only imagine how full their warehouse must be right now, and how much extra effort just working around all that product to pick the orders.
May you get through this all safely and efficiently.

I noticed this too. Not a huge deal for me but wasn't what I was expecting

Ooo, yes, email us or make a post if your sidecart didn't move! Sidecarts are really annoying when a product has had all it's inventory claimed, so it's likely if you had the Hero Point token(s) in your sidecart, it didn't move to the subscription order automatically.
Super easy to fix on our end, so just let us know if that hasn't happened!
Also, thanks to all of you for your kind messages and patience during the subscription fiasco these last couple months! We really appreciate it!
Additionally! There may be some weirdness in regard to shipping, so please check your shipping information to make sure it's correct/is your normal shipping method as far as you can tell. In this instance, email is best for reporting this issue because we can track it and coordinate with the warehouse more easily. Thanks again!

Damn, forgot about USPS bumping their prices. Randos of the internet, is UPS ground likely cheaper these days?
Not sure of the prices, but my shipping for the 3 aps and LOME was 19.38 to roughly the middle south of the US using UPS ground. That's before the 10$ discount for going over 100$.
Edit: My work has also had nothing but issues with USPS for the past year, so that figured in to using UPS ground for me. I had to wait over a month for 3 pairs of socks not too long ago.

I got my auth twice (once yesterday then again a few minutes ago). Paizo Advantage discount not showing on either. Order 36533158
Fixed and resent the confirmation email (third time's the charm?)!
As a note, don't panic if you get a new confirmation email! Sounds like that might happen while we're taking care of shipping issues, but it's just an extra email, so ignore it if there aren't any changes!

So I realize I'm late to the party, i didn't get to start my sub until it seems after they had already done the pre-auth, and now my order is on pending with it saying "11 to 20 days" in the shipping estimate. So am I out of luck then, mine will not ship before the release date then? Order number 35080147 for reference. Sorry in advance, first time sub. I have no idea how this works.

You have a pending order, so the shipping process should pick it up. At what point during the shipping window that happens is up for grabs though. I’d say don’t worry about it until the end of the shipping window. If you don’t have a shipping email by then, email cs with your order number.

Shipping should start today, barring any catastrophes, but that won't start until we've dealt with any tickets we've received about subscription orders. ^_^

Got my shipping emails, but the file sizes for the 3 AP volumes and Mwangi Expanse are about 4 times as big as normal, almost 200 MB each. Are we getting higher quality PDFs now?
Last month when I downloaded the Galaxy Exploration Manual for the first time, it had both the Single File and One File per Chapter versions bundled in a single zip file.
It was fixed the next time I downloaded, so maybe this is the case now?

Nope. I grabbed the Single File downloads and they came out 176 MB for Mwangi, 121 for Despair on Danger Island, 151 for Ready? Fight!, and 170 for King of the Mountain. That's not including the interactive maps for the 3 AP volumes.
