Most use of Harrow Cards...

Advice

I got a Harrow deck for a crimson throne game that didn’t really last

What class / build makes the most regular use of the cards? (And one that is at least half decent in a game)

I recall a harrowed summoning feat? So perhaps a sorcerer with that ?
Are they all summons related ?

No they are not all summons related.

There are the Card Caster Archetype for Magus and the Cartomancer Archetype for Magus for the Witch. Both give you the deadly dealer feat that uses the deck.

I can't say about the Magus archetype, but Cartomancers seem OK, but certainly not the most powerful witch archetype.

I recall rejecting the harrowed summoning feat when playing a master summoner. It and it's pre-requisite harrowed don't do enough to justify 2 feats imho.

My suggestion, look at the archetypes.

Throwing cards at people doesn't seem to work that well. The magus card caster is better off throwing other weapons.

The harrowed society student arcanist archetype looks OK. Grabbing divinations off psychic spellcaster lists is pretty good, harrow reservoir doesn't require using your precious spell slots (arcanists don't get a lot, and consume spells uses some), and trump card may be useful sometimes.

There's a harrowing and a greater harrowing spell which give long term if random buffs. Arcane spellcasters including an arcanist can cast it.

Harrow bloodline sorcerer -> Harrower prestige class seems the obvious answer. It seems OK, if unremarkable.

Makes a useful prop for a module where you get sucked into a harrow deck. Named "the harrowing"

I made a spreadsheet for running a Harrow deck. See this tread for details.

fortunate + harrower 10 + Silent aviary = win the game.
got my character (wiz 5/harroer 10) into forced retirement by the gm after a month of pulling best out of 4 a day.
in case all 4 are bad use command word and intentional fail the save then planeshift + teleport to original starting place

By RAW Fortunate doesn't work since it affects rolls, not draws. Harrower gives you 1 more draw for 2 per day and you don't get the redraw from the Silent Aviary until you make the save so you can't activate that twice and intentionally fail it after you got the benefit.

And the best thing about the Silent Avery is that you can make one, since the actual Harrowed Deck of Many Things is an artifact. It is actually quite silly you're allowed to make an improved version of an artifact.

how do you decide what card you draw?
we rolled (1d54 in roll20)

My spreadsheet can draw the cards for you. Completely random, and give you the harrow spell meaning of them.
