I'm loving these pieces of flash fiction, they lend so much to the daily lives of those in the setting and are great role playing inspirations.

I love the use of "to path" as a verb for telepathic communication. It's one of those things that seems so obvious in retrospect. Likewise I'm curious how "diverting" would work mechanically as it seems incredibly useful.

It's what she calls the 0-level "daze" spell. :-)

Where is the blog? The blog is not visible when I go directly to the thread for the blog. I haven't looked at it via the Paizo Blog link yet.

Edit: It popped up when I posted to this thread.

Well written with a nice twist at the end.

Ow... ow.... all of the ows, and the feels...

I'm gonna go lie down now.

Spectacular!! Thank you!

(also, loved the daze duel action!)

I wouldn't worry too much: Mindlink Circlet

Better start saving up those credits!

And I'm actually surprised there's no augment that grants telepathy.

There's a cyber brain augment for telepathy with construct/machines.

There is some weird stuff, but nothing for regular, plain, Limited Telepathy.

Shotalashu Link Cortex
Machine Telepathy Cluster
Shortwave Receiver-Transmitter

And all more expensive than the Mindlink Circlet.

Poverty breeds nothing but pain. Something Shaeon is probably all too aware of now.

Maybe Remove Affliction and/or Psychic Surgery can cure the lasting effects of animute infection?

This could lead into an interesting adventure. Someone has hijacked a shipment of Labat. The team has to find out who took it and get it back. The time limits make this a very fast raid because of the time to save the victims.

If you can afford them, maybe?

Scarab Sages

Very cool stuff. I love the return of the web fiction!

Unless it's a very generous Mystic devoted to healing the sick, yeah, it can be expensive probably.

As my players are prone to observe, the real villain of every adventure is Spapitalism.
