I used to DM Pathfinder when the only rulebook was the Core one. Now I'm Playing more and about to roll a character for the updated Rise of the Runelords AP.
I would like to create a Healer character who is an Archer.
I am open to any suggestions regarding Class, Deities, Races, Feats, Traits, etc.
Thanks in advance.

You could try using the Warpriest class. They are proficient with whatever favored weapon their deity has, bonus combat feats every 3 levels (which use the warpriest levels as fighter levels and BAB to qualify), has an ability that works like spontaneously casting Cure Light Wounds, and can channel energy.

Ok I'll have a look at that class. Any suggestions on Races? Are there any Dex & Wis bonus races?

Are you limited to what books you can have?
If not, I strongly recommend Erastil's Blessing for an archer cleric dedicated to Erastil. It's almost too good.

For both stats? The only one I know of is Drow Nobles. You'll probably have to either choose a race that gives a bonus to one or the other, or go human, half-elf, or half-orc since they can have a bonus to any stat. Just stay away from races that give a boost to one and a penalty to the other like catfolk.
The benefits of going human in this case is the bonus feat. You can get Point-Blank Shot and Precise Shot at level one. And you WILL need those feats to be an archer.
Oh, and here's a decent feat for healing at range. Link

Pretty sure we can use any official Paizo book. Thanks!

I like that feat! Thanks!

Undines, grippli and the races with options (tieflings, aasimar, I think skinwalkers and changelings, maybe dhampir) get +dex/wis. Goblins get +4 dex which makes them worth considering even despite not being wise, if they fit your image at all. If you go with Erastil's blessing you need only a moderate amount of dex and any race with a wis bonus (too many to count) works.
Your basic feats for archery are point blank shot and precise shot, and manyshot once you reach BAB +6. Rapid shot, deadly aim and clustered shots are all good too. If you go with cleric rather than warpriest then quickened spell is on your list to get and maybe encouraging spell. Warpriests might consider weapon specialization and quicken blessing. If you think getting caught in melee might be common then you might get empty quiver style, or point blank master as a warpriest.

Cleric archers are about buffing, preferably well in advance. Warpriests can buff right now with fervor.
Yeah. Clerics are 9 level casters that are able to also do melee or archery. Those spell levels are highly powerful and flexible, but they still demand time.
That is time not filling the enemy's face full of arrows. This is what I call "the buffer's dilemma". The time spent buffing yourself lowers your overall DPS (although if you buff allies at the same time, that dilemma is moot for overall party DPS; the ever common haste is an example of this).
Warpriests are only 6 level casters, but their fervor allows them to cast their buffs as a swift action, which means they don't need to wait to fill faces full of arrows. Same general tools as a cleric, less casts, less high level tools, but faster to use. There are other options, like the arsenal chaplain archetype, which makes them batter at filling faces with arrows, but the key point of the class remains the same- get the arrows out NOW.

Divine Hunter Paladin might fit the bill, but I'd also second Warpriest. Healing means the party took damage; a volley of arrows launched on round 1 significantly lowers the need for it. A Half-Orc WP with Sacred Tattoo and Fate's Favored is a beast in terms of damage and even saving throws.
Most suggestions here and elsewhere are saying "Warpriest of Erastil" so I think that's locked in my choice for now.
Thanks, everyone!
