Sneak attack druid

Is there anyway outside of multiclassing and vmc for a druid to get sneak attack while still having access to wild shape(no nature fang)?

There's means for a druid to get spells off other class lists and sense vitals is a spell which adds to sneak attack. Only with manufactured weapons for some reason though.

You can get Accomplished Sneak Attacker if you want to pump it up a little more.

You can take Accomplished Sneak Attacker at level 7 to boost it a little more. Other than that, no. The Druid wasn't built for the intent of sneak attack being an quickly scaling option.

Accomplished probably wont work as I'm planning on taking a feat I saw a few days ago that let you trade out domain spells for sneak attack progression though I cant remember the name of it now... If any one else remembers what it was called I would appreciate it I know its a 3rd party one.

So I was looking to find a way to get sneak attack at more than 1/2 level scaling the crocodile domain gives me that extra bit of SA though I do wish it was slightly better scaling.

Ive never heard of such a feat. It is most definitely 3rd party. I don't touch the stuff myself.

There is the Sense Vitals spell, though you would need to find some way to cheat a Ranger, Bard, Antipaladin, or Wizard spell onto your Druid spell list. Would give 5d6 of sneak attack over time.

Ya its a 3rd party one, if I could remember what the publisher was it would help things immensely but I had forgotten to favorite the comment in the thread I saw.

You could get Sense Vitals via the Dreamed Secrets feat.

If you're ok not being a druid, a warpriest with the Cult leader and Feral Champion archetypes would get both sneak attack and wildshape.
