Otherwise, for Revelations, there's Rage Prophet.
Winter witch stacks with levels in witch for determining hex advancement and when you get new ones. But you basically have to have the winter witch archetype in order to take levels in the prestige class making it an extremely limited option.
And of course there is the Evangelist prestige class, which lets you advance nearly everything from your original class.
Hell Knight Signifer's Catechesis ability progresses the domain, mystery, and inquisitions powers but doesn't let you gain any new abilities. Just lets you stack the level for determining power.
